Great food!Recently visited this location when my parents treated us before the Harlem Globetrotters game. When we arrived, it wasn’t really busy, but began to get that way quickly.Our server and runner were very friendly, but both were a little forgetful. 9 in our party, only 3 drinks were brought out. We had to let them know the rest didn’t get drinks yet. Crackers were asked for to go with soup and never received. Took awhile for drink refills and a few drinks were incorrect.Food wise…amazing as usual with Chilis.Atmosphere was on trend and clean. Very open restaurant design. Restrooms were clean and a changing station is available.Wheelchair accessible parking lot, entrance, seating and restrooms.Bar onsite.Reservations accepted.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available.Parking: Large parking lot on site.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and kids menus available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking lot, entrance, seating and restrooms.

WV - 01-2024 Chili's in Morgantown Tony and I stopped in for dinner. I went for the Triple Dipper Appetizer with Southwestern Eggrolls, Honey Chipotle Chicken Strips & 2 Sliders with dippers and a Tea Half Cut with Lemon & Lime.Tony ordered a couple draft Budweisers with a BBQ Rib Combo with Nashville Hot Chicken Fries and Mexican Street Corn. He loves the Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce on the Ribs.The food is very good and we both recommend going there for lunch or dinner. Staff is friendly, bathrooms clean, atmosphere Great, decor wonderful
Always love coming here. The manager and most of the employees are amazing. Always talking and remembers you. Some servers can get carried away and forget about you, but besides that I love it here. Always friendly environment. The manager take’s complaints seriously and fixes them the best he can. One night there was a table being loud and he set them straight in a nice way and we didn’t hear them the rest of the time we was there. I love the strawberry lemonade! I always get the same order cause it’s good as always. 10/10 great place, great food!Parking: Plenty of parking around the whole buildingWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right infront of the doors. Plenty of space for wheelchairs,walkers,etc.

I have drove past Chili's literally over 100 times, so today I pulled into the parking lot. I am truly glad that I did. I was by myself, which is hard enough for most, including myself, but the hostess greeted and seated me immediately.I'm sorry that I don't remember my waitress' name because she was terrific. Friendly, Beautiful smile and so helpful with recommending food when I told her how long it had been since I was there.I went with the triple dipper sampler plate with Southwestern Egg Rolls, Mozzarella Sticks and the New Nashville Chicken Dippers. It was amazing and my favorite was the Southwestern Egg Roll.I definitely will go back with my husband.If in Morgantown area, I highly recommend.

I was by myself, which is hard enough for most, including myself, but the hostess greeted and seated me immediately.I'm sorry that I don't remember my waitress' name because she was terrific. Friendly, Beautiful smile and so helpful with recommending food when I told her how long it had been since I was there.I went with the triple dipper sampler plate with Southwestern Egg Rolls, Mozzarella Sticks and the New Nashville Chicken Dippers. This place used to be good but it's really gone downhill. They changed the ranch and it's nasty now and all of the food is so dry and not even edible. Used to eat here a lot, will not be doing so anymore. It's gone downhill for a long time but today was actually horrible.
