Came in at 8:15 PM for spaghetti. Was told, “We dumped the water out,” and offered something else instead. When I declined, the response was a dismissive “See ya later” over the shoulder. Schedule the night before said they close at 9 PM, so I was confused.

Only then was “8:30 due to construction” mentioned — but there were no signs, no online update, and nothing posted at the door to support that claim.

This wasn’t my first time feeling unwelcome here. I first came in 2022 and got the same cold, disinterested energy from staff. No smiles, no warmth — just a vibe that customers are an inconvenience. Two years later, nothing has changed. If there’s construction, communicate it. Otherwise, it looks like a staff that would rather shut down early than serve paying customers.

I stopped in for the first and last time yesterday around 3pm or after. I got food poisoning from the Calzone I ordered. It was barely warm when brought out and soggy. The rest of my night was spent in agony from the 2 bites of mediocre food I received.

My husband and I are visiting Mogantown and use to enjoy Colasante's food. We were very disappointed in the food, cleanliness and service.
We both ordered the Philly Cheesecake. Check out the photos. Where's the steak???? The peppers, onions and mushrooms were raw and cold. What happend to sautéed vegetables.
When I asked the cashier if this is the norm, she told me she doesn't do the cooking. I asked the waitress if the manager was in? No, sorry. We can only remake the sandwich if you want us too. I said why, when I'm going to be served the same crap? Subway is a better option.

Solid restaurant. I had a pizza which was as good as any I've had in Morgantown.

The Alfredo had no seasoning or flavor the chicken tasted boiled. Our service was terrible I didn't get my salad until after I was done with my meal they got her order wrong and we're too busy chatting with boys to pay attention to anything else

Don’t waste your time or money. Undercooked calzones/food. no management in establishment.

The pizza was very good but the wings were the best around.

Edit: You reached out and said you couldn't find me in the system and I never heard a thing since let's not make it look like you took care of things when you didn't and my bank had to refund me.

Ordered takeout got home and opened the boxes to see the food was burnt we all tried it anyways and it even tasted burnt and was really dry not the norm we have ever received here so my wife called the restaurant and told them and she asked for a refund since we don't live local to the restaurant or we would have accepted a credit she was told to upload pics to their fb messenger and the owner would get with us shortly. She uploaded the pics on Friday evening and gave plenty of time for a response so she called back Monday mid-afternoon to get an update and got no where but told the manager just left and they would let them know come Tuesday crickets so my wife calls again and this time was given the excuse the owner was so busy then put on hold again and then lied to when they said the owner Suzy called my phone but got my voice-mail but never left a voice-mail strange huh? then said the owner would be calling my wife within an hour NO ONE EVER CALLED so Wednesday came and my wife was left with no choice but to contact our bank for a dispute in the charge. This is all around sad we really liked the food in the past and always stopped when we were in the area we understand mishaps happen but to be neglectful of your customers is not acceptable and how everything was handled was ridiculous not one time did a manager get on the phone it was just constant run arounds rather than to boss up and admit a mistake. We won't be back and I caution you all to run if this is how customers are treated when they mess up and burn your food.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Colasante's, it's a super cool place to visit and eat. The ambiance is really nice, and the staff is friendly.

Try the Steak Cid Witch. It was absolutely great!

What a treat to have lunch at Colasante’s. The service was excellent and the Italian Sub was amazing! An extra treat to try the dill pickle pizza, which made me want more! A true local gem with excellent food! Support local, you won’t be disappointed!

Nice casual atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Great lasagna. Salads are excellent. Best of Morgantown.
