The service was good, there is plenty of seating, weirdly dead for post football night.
The service was fast, the ice cream was good, the store was clean, everything went the way one would expect.
The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the lack of outside seating. A lot of restaurants have outside seating and it was such a lovely day it would have been a nice bonus.

I bought their mint and chocolate cake for my son's birthday and it was delicious. Luna helped me with the booking of the cake , she was very helpful and so sweet!! An amazing customer service attitude!!

It’s a complete and utter shame that there is only one Cold Stone Creamery in Morgantown that is located on High Street. It’s a shame because unfortunately it is managed by a cranky old man who has no business being anywhere near any kind of public service job. They should really fire that guy.

If you have a food allergy, avoid going here. Was told something was dairy free when it, in fact, was not! Specifically started out that I needed something dairy free and was given bad information by employee.

Been here many times, always a solid choice for ice cream. But on this visit I was picking up an online cake order for 11am pick up. Showed up at 1130am and it wasn’t quite ready yet which was no biggie but the guy behind the counter insisted on giving a free small ice cream for the inconvenience and wait. You don’t see that very often these days.

The smell of this place is always phenomenal. I got 2 different types of ice cream and 2 types of candy. I got a large and my boyfriend did too. It was very fulfilling and the price was not too bad. I would love to go back there again, and would recommend anyone who wants ice cream to go here.
