I like the concept, and I agree that Morgantown needs an establishment for the 30+ crowd, but Cosmo misses the mark.We were a party of 5, so we started with drinks and an assortment of appetizers. Everything was delivered sporadically, one or two items at a time. It would have been nice if we could have at least all received our drinks together. As it was a weeknight, there wasn’t much of a crowd.Drinks were inconsistent, with the bartender actually having to look up how to make one of them. Food was flavorful, but again inconsistent when it came to temperature - everything was served room temperature whether designed to be hot or cold made no difference.Considering the total cost, the value just isn’t there considering the disappointments in both food & beverages. Also, cleanliness was definitely lacking.. sticky tables, dirty floors, and poorly maintained bathroom.

This is the 2nd Sunday we've enjoyed brunch at Cosmo and we've already made reservations to go again next weekend! We love the $1 mimosas for sure, but the food is REALLY good, too!! I don't want to knock the stars because I understand how important it is to get a 5 star rating, but I would ask that the music not be quite so loud during brunch. We can't hear ourselves talking and brunch is not "club" time. That's an easy fix and we look forward to our group going back!
Cosmo was great. We actually changed are party to 5 at the last minute and they had no problem accommodating us. The drinks where amazing and the food was as well. Had a great vibe and we loved place. Service was outstanding from our server and the bartending staff. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like it's your place. Can't wait to visit again.
Food was horrible and “fresh” flatbread was worse than anything frozen I have ever eaten. There was 7 people at our table each getting a different dish with the shrimp tacos being the only one considered edible. Further adding to the experience the music was so loud it was blowing the speakers and we were sat beside the smoking door to the patio constantly being blown by cold air.

Great little eatery bar lounge with the ambience of a mini night club with a nicely set up stage. They also have individual electric flame like heater fireplaces inserted above the booths. If you like strong drinks/cocktails this is the place. Ladies night the prices are awesome!
A very urban place for a cocktail. Ambience fitting a city nightclub. Great for a younger party crowd. A decently stocked bar with a good crew running it. Area for dancing and photo opportunities. Their drink selection is very diverse and well crafted. I would not consider this a lounge, the music is too loud and the seating areas are not well laid out.

Great dinner. Drinks and food were both fantastic. We left as the band was setting up. It wouldn't be the place to go to have an intimate dinner when the band was playing. Go early if you want it at a conversation level. We will come back!

Amazing food and bourbon selection!! You can't find the bourbon variety anywhere else in West Virginia!! The house bourbon is a must try!
Rachel was fantastic! Such a fun personality. The food was on point. Nice presentation, hot, and very good. The chorizo gravy is more like a chili sauce than a typical creamy gravy. Different but still good. Another fun brunch at cosmo!!

This was my first time here and I can't wait to come back! Had brunch - Avacado BLT Benedict with the dollar mimosas. They had a dj playing old school bump n' grind music which I loved. Really fun atmosphere!Vegetarian options: Most of the food could be easily made without meat.

We were celebrating a birthday and the experience was more than we expected! We arrived to the pre-arranged Prosecco on the table. Followed by great, friendly service and a great variety of food options. ALL were delicious!!The decor was beautiful. We had a great time! If you are in the area, you should pay them a visit!
Our server was very nice. She suggested the "pumpkin spice & everything nice" Fall drink & it was excellent! The food was very good. There are so many things on the brunch menu I wanted to try! Loved the DJ great music selection. I definitely will be back with more friends!!

Great food and music. Comedy night is a must. The adult atmosphere was needed in Morgantown and this space is great. Parking is easy and you can leave your car overnight if needed. I would def recommend this for groups or even a date night.Parking: Safe and nice location
