Crab Shack Caribba Cheat Lake

we were lost and hungry. most tables were reserved, however the kind staff seeing us with a 9 month old baby freed up a table. Excellent service and even better food.

Bartender was awesome. Alcohol prices a bit much for a slow time. Food was decent.

Absolutely the best place for seafood in the area! You can't go wrong with any of their selections, but their crab dip, seafood boils, and the chocolate mousse are a must!

They were very accommodating when where we were sitting got too much sun. The food was wonderful and they did not complain when I pulled out a paw paw fruit for my follow diners to try for the 1st time. I was in Morgantown that day for a Paw Paw event at the Core Arboretum.

Amazing service and food! We went for our anniversary dinner and order the grilled oysters and lamb lollipops for appetizers. Both simply melted in your mouth and the seasonings were perfect. For our entrees we both got the hot mess special and it was sooooooo amazingly yummy!!! Messy but delish! Kudos on an amazing meal!!

The only thing more excellent than the food is the staff. Props to our server, Kendra and Mr. BigMClarge Arms, a.k.a. Dave. My grandmother if 75 has trouble getting up and down from a seated position so Dave helped move her while she remained seated when a thunderstorm broke out. He moved her like a princess. Kendra had patience with our large crowd and demand for beer. Love the shrimp, beer is ice cold, pet friendly, muscles (edible ones...not referring to Dave), crabby dip, and raw tuna dish are my favorite!!

Salmon was delicious, very good scalloped potatoes and sweet corn sides. J*** chicken had good spice. Holly provided great service. View was lovely and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset.

Food was not as expected. Some if it was cold when it was supposed to be warm/hot. Had to wait 45 mins to get seated. I probably won't go back...

First time at Crab Shack. Had a great lunch & very good service. Definetely would go back. Highly recommended. The view is really good too.

My favorite place for dinner, drinks, & dancing. No better view in town than the back deck at sunset. Best place to eat in Cheat Lake!

Loved it. Great food and an amazing view of Cheat lake. My husband comes here often but this was my first time. If you come to Cheat lake it is a must to stop at the Crab Shack. I got the shrimp boil and my husband got the monster boil. They were amazing. Staff was super friendly. Our server Holly was on point. Fast and super nice. She made sure our experience was memorable. Go check it out you won't be disappointed.
