Loved there crab legs and different combinations of shrimp
First time there and I loved it. I had the all you can eat crablegs. They were really good. Waitress was always on the ball of asking if we were ready for some more which was nice that we didnt have to flag her down. Atmosphere was great and price was decent. I will be back.

If there is a large party in the back there should be 2 waitresses for each side. Having only 2 creates chaos

Food was good, service was great. Server and kitchen staff knowledgeable about food allergies and cross containmentation. Overall, great experience will visit again next time we are back in town.
Loved the place first time there waitress was nice but not very prompt and didnt come back often i also when i booked reservations had no idea it was mardi gra and didnt know we couldnt get all you eat crabs or order off menu but buffet was good will definitely go back
Service was good. It was cold when the door opened. Food was okay. I guess I had higher expectations for one of the top 10 restaurants on several websites.
It had been years since our last visit to the Crab Shack. We had a great experience. Service was great, food was delicious, environment was clean and enjoyable. We will be back!

The wife and I stopped in on a day trip to Morgantown. The food and service were both excellent. I had the crab legs and the wife had the fish n chips. We are already looking forward to a return trip. Well worth it.
