Food was good, service was great. Server and kitchen staff knowledgeable about food allergies and cross containmentation. Overall, great experience will visit again next time we are back in town.

Loved the place first time there waitress was nice but not very prompt and didnt come back often i also when i booked reservations had no idea it was mardi gra and didnt know we couldnt get all you eat crabs or order off menu but buffet was good will definitely go back

Service was good. It was cold when the door opened. Food was okay. I guess I had higher expectations for one of the top 10 restaurants on several websites.

It had been years since our last visit to the Crab Shack. We had a great experience. Service was great, food was delicious, environment was clean and enjoyable. We will be back!

The wife and I stopped in on a day trip to Morgantown. The food and service were both excellent. I had the crab legs and the wife had the fish n chips. We are already looking forward to a return trip. Well worth it.

Paella was tomato sauce w rice. The All you can eat shrimp was more like all you can eat potatoes and corn. Greasy also.

The food is good but the selection has been shrinking. Prices have increased substantially.

This was our first time at the Crab Shack and it is now in my top choices in Morgantown. We were worried about seafood in Morgantown but the food was fresh and delicious. Our family tries snow crab legs, shrimp, clams, lobster and even a hamburger. There were 6 very happy dinners. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back next time at WVU.

Looks like hot and messy isn’t only a sauce for seafood at this establishment.

My boyfriend and I came go this establishment on 08/09/24 and let me tell you. It was DELICIOUS. Our server was AMAZING! The Gator bites were amazing, Shrimp Po Boy amazing, Fishermans platter amazing. Everything AMAZING. We will definitely be returning in the future! Morgan was our server! I told the manager personally that Morgan needs a raise!

Wife and I eat here often and have never had a bad experience. Servers are always super friendly and knowledgeable on current market prices, and they are really good about keeping up on drink refills. The food is always a 10/10 - my wife always gets the seafood boils and recommends the “hot mess” sauce.
