The seafood was really good for a WV restraunt, not 5 star because I lived on the ocean for 12 years and it's not as fresh. Morgan, our waitress, did an excellent job and checked in at exactly the right times, getting everything we needed. It was a pleasure having a waitress so skilled and professional at her job!

This fine establishment was very exquisite. The endless crab was cooked to perfection and flavor was on point, that chef deserves a raise. Zoe k was our server and she did not only go above and beyond for us but helped guide us through this great crab experience. Loved getting crabby at the crab shack. This place is perfect! perfect! perfect!

Had Zoe K. as our server for ayce crab night. She’s a fantastic server! She’s super attentive and kind. Would recommend her if you come into crab shack for a meal!
Just left. Tuesday. 5pm. 2 adults, and a 10 year old. All you can eat crab. Not real busy, but service was slow. Crab was over cooked and stuck. About 25 to 30 minutes wait in between 2-4 small clusters. $200 bill, and a 30 gratuity added automatically. I tip well, but I tip according to service provided. Not the size of bill. Most likely won't be back. Not worth the money. Atmosphere is good. Nice place, but there is better around for the money.

We have been here several times and the food is always great! Our server Liz who waited on us this past Friday night was awesome!! We had the all you can eat shrimp, it was sooo good! The shrimp was so fresh! We'll definitely be back again!
