Food is getting worse and prices going up. Service was weird. Not bad, not overly friendly and when we explained the baby had a good allergy, we were kinda poo pooed and we were told we don't do that. We really came for the store. Shopping for stocking stuffers is a family tradition

Our service was good. Our vegetables were the usual delicious. The lemon grilled trout was not the usual good though. It was very thin and overcooked and dry. The Morgantown merchandise is plenty and nice. The restaurant facility is worn out and needs a thorough cleaning. Where we sat the chairs were dirty, the glass on the photos was filthy and we could see peeling and dirty sills and walls. The overall conditions were not clean. The bathrooms need a thorough cleaning especially the floors and edges and corners. If we could see all this in the restrooms and eating area it makes me fearful of the kitchen conditions. We have decided not to return even though the menu and the merchandise is good. Sad. Just because there was outcry about changing your signage, please don’t let it stop you from the other updates needed.

We walked in the man at the front seated us at a round table we looked over menus waitresses would walk past and say nothing we sat there for a half an hour before getting up and walking out people were walking in after us sitting and ordering right away as we walked out we said something to the man that seated us and he acted like he never saw us! Very disappointed with there service

Go on Thursdays to get Sweet Potato Casserole with brown sugar, nuts and sweet potatoes. At this Cracker Barrel all I got was a bowel of plain sweet potatoes, no brown sugar or nuts. It’s like they just opened a can of yams and put them in a dish. Terrible! Won’t go there on Thursdays anymore. This was in Morgantown WV
