Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We walked in the man at the front seated us at a round table we looked over menus waitresses would walk past and say nothing we sat there for a half an hour before getting up and walking out people were walking in after us sitting and ordering right away as we walked out we said something to the man that seated us and he acted like he never saw us! Very disappointed with there service

Go on Thursdays to get Sweet Potato Casserole with brown sugar, nuts and sweet potatoes. At this Cracker Barrel all I got was a bowel of plain sweet potatoes, no brown sugar or nuts. It’s like they just opened a can of yams and put them in a dish. Terrible! Won’t go there on Thursdays anymore. This was in Morgantown WV

Our waitress was ok. She greeted us took our drink and appetizer order and left. Came back with drinks and then a few minutes later she brought our appetizers. Took our food order and left. When food was ready brought us our meal and left and that was the last time we saw her.
My burger was very dry. Little bbq sauce and very little sauce on bun. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal. I only had so much of my burger left when she finally came back and asked if I would like a refill. Won't be back for a while.

Food and service were horrible. Server gives us burnt biscuits and cornbread. I said, “these are burnt and she said, “oven isn’t working good”! What!!! So she brings two biscuits hardly baked and throws them on top of the other burnt ones. Really!!! I had the campfire beef and that was also burnt! We ate at the cracker barrel in new Stanton and it was great! So I guess we’ll skip Morgantown in the future.

Always a good time with friends over good food served by pleasant wait staff. Very well done.

Consistently good food! Our waitress was prompt , friendly and efficient. Their new mini-cinnamon roll skillet was a great reward for grandchildren finishing their breakfasts. Wish we had a Cracker Barrel in the San Diego area; for now we look for them whenever we're on vacation.
