Cookies are delicious. But every time I order I pre order carry out or curbside and it always take at least fifteen to twenty minutes to get the order after arriving. People who walked in and ordered while I’m waiting have gotten theirs before me. Cookies are ama big though. I just wish they’d do certain flavors every day instead of weekly. Like pink sugar cookie. That’s definitely a favorite !

the customer service is terrible i ordered at 5 and store was completely empty 15 minutes went by and 20 other people got their cookies we had to ask them for them and when we got them the lady throw the box of the counter and give us one of the wrong cookies
