Tyler is absolutely unprofessional and should be fired i tried to order a cheeseburger with just condiments on it and just the sandwich not the meal and he said , I couldn't do that , I had to get the meal unbelievable i asked for the manager to try to resolve this situation.And then he says he is the manager, which I highly doubt Because when I first made my order and he said my boss told me we couldn't do that and then when I asked for the manager , that's when he said he was the manager which I highly doubt I don't see what the big deal is. I could get any other sandwich by itself. So he is just petty and extremely unprofessional. I had no problem making this order yesterday. Jasmine was able to do it, no problem, she was good but tyler is absolutely horrible

Stopped by here after a wedding for a treat. Michael our counter person was very nice and messed with my son saying the one thing he wanted wasn't available (just joking around). Its was hilarious. Let me know I could fill out the survey to get a free dilly bar so my wife didn't leave without getting something.

I came here because I was extremely hungry, I couldn’t wait. The lady was pretty nice that took our order, but the soda machine didn’t have any sugar free options and that’s all i drink. I waited about 30 minutes for my food, just to find out i’m sitting right next to a cobweb. Very dissapointing

Have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. The service was quick and excellent even with it being a busy lunch hour. Food was hot and what you expect at DQ. Tables were clean.

Normally the serv I receive at the cheat lake DQ is good, sometimes great, but today was terrible. I have had a terribly sore throat all day and I thought some ice cream would make my throat feel better. I ordered a large Reese cup blizzard and it wasn't even full. It was maybe 3/4 if that. Very disappointed 😞.

Very clean and well organized! I received ample dressing for my chicken strip basket, which is always a plus! Shakes are not too thick to drink, and they filled my blizzard to the edge of the cup! Only complaints are the chili dogs. The onions aren't diced, and the chili was clearly left over from previous days, being dry and overcooked.
