I come here about once a week, and until now, I’ve often wondered why. The customer service has been somewhat ok, but my ice cream is never the same twice. I can order the exact same thing, the exact same way, and it’s different/wrong every time. No matter how specific I am about how I want it made. Tonight was very different though. Everything was made very well. The thing that set this instance apart, though, was the customer service. Jenevieve took our order. We ordered more than we normally do so we had several questions about the menu. She was well educated on it and answered everything we asked, politely and patiently. Then when we got to the window, she was just as kind. She really took her time with us and she was the best example of customer service I’ve had there, by far.

Getting ice cream is something my family has always enjoyed. Just so happens this is the closest place to get ice cream. Over the past few months, each time I go there the majority of employees show quite blatantly how much they don’t want to be there. I get it, it’s a busy place and you deal with a lot in a day…maybe it’s a generational thing, but it’s quite apparent compared to other establishments. That being said, it’s worth driving out of my way to get food at an establishment that appreciates my business. Not expecting bubbly elation, just some common courtesy that should be a given…

It’s sad to see this being a consistent issue. Just received three melting blizzards. I guess they didn’t flip them for a reason. Not to mention the attitude for doing something as simple as ordering from their drive through. It’s not the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

I am pretty sure my Triple Stackburger was frozen and then microwaved. Just a big pile of grease, wet bun and gooey cheese. Probably the worst burger I have ever had a restaurant. Based on the other poor reviews this location has a multitude of problems but DQ obviously doesn't care to do anything about it.

Had to edit my review after coming here again bc my parents insisted. We couldn't even order this time ad they seemed to only focus on the drive through.I try not to have high expectations but man. Waited for a solid 4 minutes before any of the 4 people acknowledged I was there. Ordered a shake and a blizzard. The shake came out in about 2 minutes. Then 3 customer orders came out who orders after me and then finally my blizzard. My wife was pissed I drank half her shake. The shake was a solid the blizzard was meh at best.
Appears to be a new Dairy Queen Grill & Chill ice cream store. Hot dog ? was not grilled, it was just boiled and sold that way. Kicked it back for a grilled crispy one and got a poor looking boiled pale looking weiner which was not grilled and not very hot. Also had a blizzard but ice cream was not cold enough to stay inside cup upside down. See the receipt for cost factors.

The chicken strip baskets did not come with country gravy. I don't know if I should have specified that I wanted it but I've never had to at any other DQ it usually comes automatically. That being said the ranch that came with the chicken strips was DELICIOUS. The chicken strips themselves were very small and not great.
