There is one employee in particular that likes to smash the ice cream on the counter harshly making ice cream go everywhere. Took us 1 hr to get our ice cream. It is way underemployed with around 3 people running the place. Btw there was no ice in the fountain machine...

No carbonation in the soda machine. No ice for the drinks. Didn't get fries with my meal. Don't eat here.

Went through the drive through just now waited over 10 mins for 2 hot dogs a fry and a blizzard on top of that the staff was unprofessional cursing and using foul language out loud as i could clearly hear.. The young man with long dreads was the main culprit!

They shorted me multiple times on how much Ice-cream they put in your blizzards. The service has been great though.

I know customer service is somewhat a thing of the past but I do still expect a Dairy Queen to be a place you would take your family..tonite there was a pretty explicit argument going on in what appeared to be the office. The door was wide open and there were more f-bombs than blizzards…the young man at the counter was friendly but seemed to be at a complete loss ringing me up for a chocolate blizzard with reeces cups. A pretty standard order, I would think. After I ordered I immediately got my item…but it was just a cup of chocolate soft serve. Obviously the young man needed more training but the manager or other co-workers were too busy arguing. Unbelievable how businesses are run these days. I won’t go back

I have been to this Dairy Queen before, and never had an issue. That being said, today, I went and ordered a small cookie dough and peanut butter Blizzard. As you can see in the first photo, it looks like they didn’t even mix it up, and in the second, they didn’t even put enough cookie dough or peanut butter in it to make it to the bottom. There was maybe 5 pieces of cookie dough, and barely any peanut butter. This is absurd, and will definitely take my patronage elsewhere!

Ordered two 4pc chicken strip meals to find out drinks are extra. The gravy was literally icing consistency & was charged $0.50 for each one. This location is the worst DQ in the east. Apparently the owner of this franchise NEVER visits location. The chicken strip were really 4 nuggets & the fries tasted like they were fried yesterday. Tossed the food in the trash & will not ever visit this location again.

We waited in line forever and they had made our cones when we ordered them at the speaker and it was ten minutes or more before we got to the window and they handed us severely melting cones . That's ridiculous to do that and expect us to pay for that kind of terrible service. I will not be going there anymore. This is not the first time but it is the last time

They always give me strawberry instead of cherry for some reason. I get that they're both red but one is strawberry and one is cherry

I recently visited this Dairy Queen, in 421 Suncrest Towne Centre Drive Morgantown, and had a terrible experience. The customer service was absolutely awful. The staff was rude and inattentive, felt almost like I was getting turnt away. When I finally got my order, they didn’t call it and didn’t even look at me, and the employees seemed annoyed to even have a customer. This is the wordy customer service I have ever experienced. There was trash on one of the tables, which also seemed uncleaned and disgusting. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing visit. I won't be coming back.

I had ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and when I got there they didn’t have the sheet cake I ordered so she gave me 2 round cakes for free.
