I don’t blame the employees for that, I blame management. Also youre an ice cream place in a college town and are only open til 10.

Walked in, waited 10 minutes with no attention from staff. After that point, I heard a staff member in the back ask the time and then followed up by saying “are we closing the broiler?” Needless to say, I walked out after I overheard that.

Horrible! Blizzards were not creamy and like ice with milk flavor. Had to drive back with blizzards and receipt for a refund. ‘Jason’ was rude and blamed it on being a “bit rushed”. Seven people were in line for refunds. When we went back for our refund, no one by name of “Jason” works there.

Awful customer service. Came in to get a 4 piece honey bbq chicken strip basket, they made it wrong, was forced to pay another 4 dollars to fix their mistake. Paid 15-16 total with a rude worker on top of it.

It's always SUPER dirty inside so I started just going through the drive thru which didn't turn out to be any better.. The workers are never very nice and they take forever and they never put any candy in the blizzards, I always ask for extra, extra toppings and boy do they charge me for said toppings but I basically get just vanilla ice cream.. ?

I come here as this is now the only Dairy Queen near me. As someone who has worked in food service, this restaurant is always dirty with trash and spills all over the tables and the trashcans overflowing. What has really pushed me to make this review is the fact that either "they can't make any food because the broiler, fryer, etc., is broken" or they are closed early for whatever reason. I don't completely blame the employees as they always seem understaffed and they need to keep up with orders and they are usually nice. Upper management needs to start doing thier jobs.

We ordered two of the new Pumpkin Pie BLIZZARD® Treat and somehow they are sold out already, sure I can accept that, but when they asked what we'd like in place of the items they didnt care to listen as we explained what we wanted Morover we recived the wrong size and mine was pretty much just vanilla icecream. They gave my wife cheese curds instead of fries, we also paid for extra gravy, we recived not a single one. This is the last time we will be returning to this location, as they have failed to deliver on our order Every. Single. Time. Worst Dairy Queen ever.Management seriously needs to make some changes if they ever hope to raise that 1.5 star rating.
