I ordered 4-4 piece tender baskets *to make an 8 piece basket* yesterday for my co worker and I. When he arrived with the food, the fries were soggy n cold, the tenders were very crunchy and cold, so I went back today to inquire about it and I told the mgr that 2 6 piece baskets would be fine that I didn't want to order the 4-4pieces and she ok I that's fine. I was willing to pay for the food, I just wanted it cooked fresh, she said that's ok it was mistake. Well upon getting my *corrected food* she only gave me 1 6 piece basket-so now either I do without dinner or he does-I am done with this place they can't get anything right!!!! I mean yes I could have went back, but then one of them would have probably done something to my food, so I just went back to work!!!

Just warning people now. This place is loaded with roaches, to the point they were crawling inside the ice cream machine. The managers won’t go any further than laying one trap for them and it’s not working. I would advise eating anything at this location.

Last night, June 19, I visited the Dairy Queen on Memorial Church Drive in Morgantown, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Dairy Queen. I waited over 20 minutes for my Blizzard while multiple customers who ordered after me received theirs before mine. Eventually, I had to walk up and ask where it was. When I did, the blonde girl at the Blizzard station barely acknowledged me, muttered “I’ll get it,” and then slowly dragged herself over with no urgency, no apology, and no respect for the fact that I’d been waiting patiently. When I finally got my Blizzard, it was half-melted, as if it had been sitting off to the side the whole time. Not only was it completely unsatisfying, but it also tasted like it had peanut butter in it—something I didn’t order at all.I had come in after a long, exhausting day just hoping to treat myself. And instead, I was ignored, dismissed, and served a melted, messed-up order by employees who clearly couldn’t care less about doing their jobs properly. I may not make a lot in my line of work, but I still show up and give effort. The same can’t be said for this crew. This location is unprofessional, slow, careless, and borderline disrespectful. If this is how it continues to run, I truly believe this franchised Dairy Queen will be shut down in the next couple of years. It’s only a matter of time before enough customers stop coming back—just like I now plan to.

I went inside for takeout with only 2 people in front of me. When the guy in front of me went to order the girl who was trying to help him didn't seem to know what she was doing. After waiting another 10 minutes, I got in my car and went to the drive-thru. There were 3 or 4 cars in front of me, but I made it through in less time than in the store. The really need more than 2 people working there.
Always used the drive through and have had good service
Not sure who manages these places, but they are terrible at it. You can order ice cream while waiting in the drive-through, then sit there for 20+ minutes waiting to pay for and get your order, then when you do get it, the ice cream is melted because apparently they made it when you ordered it and it sat out for 20 minutes. Not only that but they charge a lot for this ice cream and they give a tiny little bit and it’s melted. These people are terrible. The workers suck. The management sucks.

Every time I come here, I order a Choco Brownie Extreme blizzard. Every time I ask for extra cocoa fudge because they make it wrong and I want to actually taste the chocolate. Every time they ignore my request, and every time my blizzard is white as fresh snow. The other Dairy Queen’s in town can do it right. Why can’t these kids?

New to the area and this is the closest DQ. They didn't have the 2 blizzards we wanted originally and we were told that very matter of factly by the 2 rude employees. We ordered 2 blizzards that they DID have and they had minimal blizzard ingredients in the top half and none in the bottom half. First and last time to this DQ for sure!

This location always gets my order wrong. They can’t count chicken tenders. I pay for 6 and always get less. They never include the gravy we ask for that is included. I paid for a large onion ring and got a total of 6 onion rings.

There’s one guy that has worked there for a long time that is helpful, but the girl was rude got frustrated at me for there mistake and basically threw a fit and had that other guy come fix the issue as she walked off in the back . It’s was literally only three blizzards and 2 out of three were incorrect… didn’t taste that great either the ice cream has a weird after taste

If I had the option to rate my experience at this Dairy Queen zero stars, I would. Every time I've been to this Dairy Queen, I'm "served" by the rudest staff and the slowest service. Tonight, the only thing the cashier said to me was $6.97 (I didn't even order anything, I grabbed a to-go treat from the refrigerator). He was mumbling under his breath. I recommend the owner cleans house and does a better job at recruiting if they want their business to succeed. This place is THE WORST!

This place offers to slowest "fast food" experience. We waited 22 minutes for our food and no one was in line in front of us. I saw part of the order on the counter after 15min and asked if I could have that portion. The worker replied "why?" I explained it was getting cold and I was hungry to which he shrugged and said "it's under a heat lamp." If the other employee taking our order hadn't been so kind, I would have only given 1 star.

DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH FROM HERE... we just ordered $60 worth of food and ice cream, and only the ice cream was delivered. When the store was called and asked where the food was, they stated their fryer was down and started laughing. We ordered things that did not require frying. If they weren't able to make fries, then so be it, but they didn't want to make any of the order because it was close to closing time for them. They also did not say anything to the Door Dash driver about this. When asked about a refund, they said to call Door Dash and hung up on us.

The ice cream is always good. However, I visited the DQ's in our hometown, and 3 times in the past few weeks, they did not have bananas!
