I live right next to this place and they always forget ingredients in the blizzard. I finally got annoyed enough to write this review when I got a pumpkin pie blizzard with graham base, only to find out when i’m home that there’s no graham OR pie crust pieces. If it was once in a while I wouldn’t say anything but this is every other visit. I’m paying extra sometimes for these ingredients and they arent there.

They refused to give me the amount total they said I had to get it at the window. When I counted five people in the restaurant working she stated that she was not near the drive-thru window they were all disrespectful and had bad energy that plays really needs to be shut down because they also have employees putting hands on their food after picking their butts it's very disgusting there

Would leave zero stars if I could. BFS ruins every business that they buy. Ordered a cake for my daughter‘s birthday. The cake woman didn’t feel like making cakes and went home. Never would’ve had that when the High Street Dairy Queen was family owned. When the woman wrote on the cake that I had to buy premade a toddler could have done a better job. I would highly suggest getting your ice cream cakes from cold stone or buying your own and decorating it yourself from Walmart or Kroger.

Who ever the red hair girl that been working the window around 7pm to 9pm which is when i seen her needs taken off the window shift an put at the front register she really rude and cannot hear at all and they cant blame the head set there's no way its broken when that place just opened up not to long ago there is no excuse for her not being able to hear people trying to order i do not blame the manager cause that person probably doing their best

The cashier told me I couldn't do a couple of things when it says so on the menu and have gotten it a multiple different dqs but apparently this one is different. Im not ever going back to this dq because the lady on front register [ black hair, and 2 lip rings ] is rude and condescending.

7/16/25 7 pm cashier was very rude had a door dash order and she didn't want to bag the clients food door dash cannot deliver unbanned food had to ask her to bag the food and ask for the receipt
Great location, usually busy, staff is fine. Love the fact of a drive through. Very expensive.

Ive eaten here a number of times now and I've never had a good experience. Ive gotten the wrong order, every time there's been a significant wait to order, and it always takes way too long to get your food. Last visit the resturant was largely empty and at least 4 employees where mulling around, 20 minutes to get a half melted blizzard.
Terrible customer service dont recommend.
