There is a bigger guy with long hair who always goes above and beyond every time we visit. He makes sure we are satisfied with our order. The fact that there seems to be a lot of high school kids working there that do not take the job they applied for very serious is sad. The only reason I give 4 stars on food is although I know it's a corporate thing size portions are a bit small for the price you pay. I hope this gentleman stays with DQ we will be back just to deal with...
Coming to my Brookhaven DQ is always a treat. The staff is kind, helpful, and always tries their best. I had an issue with the amount of ice cream in my sundae, and the boy on front counter helped me get it made right. Definitely coming back to this one
