This particular site is a chaotic mess! I've gone the 2 times, both times had placed an order on the mobile app. The people that work there are sooo confused. I had to tell them what I wanted when I got there, took forever to get my order and had been told they did not have the cold brew when in fact they did. What a zoo!

Waited over an hour for my food because they completely ignored the drive thru and the line of cars 10+ deep. Pulled up to the window and again was ignored, but looked at by the multiple staff inside. Only stayed because I paid on the app. Had to go inside and when asked if their drive thru was down (no signs anywhere) staff got an attitude with us asking how should they know. They had the food sitting there for an hour with the label clearly stating Drive Thru and everything is too cold to eat. Awful service and not even the first time it’s been this bad. But will be like the last time I ever go to this Dunkin.

My family and I were at this Dunkin today. We went through the drive thru. It took approximately 35 minutes to get 4 drinks and a donut . The person working the window was Melody the assistant manager. She was very rude and condescending. She acted as if giving us our order was a great inconvenience for her. She also stated that she does not acknowledge a military discount and will not in “her franchise.” She was rude not only to my family but to the other customers and employees. It appeared to be a hostile work environment. If I was the parent of the teens and young adults working there I would definitely assist my child in finding another job. No employee or customer deserves to be treated the way she was treating people today. She also did not provide me with a receipt. I sincerely hope there is some retraining in her future on how to treat people like human beings .

Melody is the most rude customer service worker I’ve ever seen. She got rude with my mom because she asked if she could use her military discount. She also forgot our water, and my mom asked her for it and she said “HERE!” Just completely rude for no reason and needs to be dealt with.

I’ve been to this location twice. First time, they were rude. Today, I drove up to the speaker in the drive-thru to place my order. I waited for more than five minutes and was never acknowledged. I pulled around to the pick up window and there was a car there and when they left, I’ll pull up to the window and the girl walked away and ignored me again. I will never go back to this location again it is horrible.

This store is extremely slow every time we stop by with lines wrapped around the building and a line inside . Very poor customer service skills and can never seem to do anything in a timely manner. Overall I do not believe this is dunkin problem or an employee problem I think it is poor management at a higher level.
