Food is mediocre. It really depends on the the way the winds. We ordered everything bagels with cream cheese. Barely any cream cheese. This was the 4th time this had happened. Won't be ordering from here again.

I went into the store to place my order and they were rude when I asked a question. It said I had to use the kiosk to order. I had a gift card and it wasn’t allowing me to do that. So I went back up to the counter to ask. Both the gentleman and girl working were very rude and the dude literally got smart with me, rolled his eyes and walked away. What kind of customer service is this???? You can’t kindly show me how to figure it out or be nice about it. I will NEVER return to this Dunkin due to my experience. I felt very disrespected. Do not go here. I don’t leave bad reviews but this one deserved one. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

i have never gotten worse service from a coffee shop in my life. workers were not nice, it took 30 minutes to get a coffee and a donut. tasted like straight milk. not to mention that the workers were dirty and looked like they haven't had a shower in weeks.

it wasn't even busy and it took over 20 minutes to get two coffees and two donuts. the workers were not nice to anybody else waiting and they were just moping around. i've never seen anybody in my life make coffee slower. if i could give this place a 0 i would. DO NOT COME HERE

If I could give this location a 0 I would. I ordered a latte and used my points for it. It looked and tasted like milk. I asked for more coffee (I am aware a latte has espresso in it but said coffee by mistake) . The employee at the windows response was "it has espresso and milk in it that's what a latte is" my family was in the car so I just drove away. To the man at the window with the glasses. I know what a latte is this isn't it. You gave me milk and ice. Learn some customer service.

Multiple times this store has had several items out of stock.The last time I placed a mobile order, I was told at pick up that the frozen machine was broken and they were out of pumpkin spice. My order could not be filled and my money was not refunded. I had to go through customer service to get a refund.

These kids were very rude in the drive thru and it was my first pumpkin coffe of the season they put regular lid smashed whipped cream all down sides of cup no Carmel drizzle and were laughing as they sent it out the window the experience was terrible
