Absolutely the worst Dunkin in Morgantown. Their drive thru wait times have to be absolutely insane. They only take one order at a time then make and complete the order before even taking anyone else’s order at the drive thru. My husband and I waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged at the speaker and then was greeted very rudely by the worker when it was time to order. Their workers have absolutely no manners or people skills. Do better.

I have 2 toddlers so I usually go throw drive-thru to make life easier. Bottom line customer service is extremely awful!!!! I ordered their medium promo Ice coffee, LIGHT on ice and 2 donuts for my kiddos. The donuts was old and my coffee was 1/2 way filled. I asked if they could fill it up with milk and I told them I'm willing to pay extra. They all gave me an attitude right away how they couldn't add milk and only ice. I told them that's a lie because the OTHER 2 dunkin donuts in morgantown would gladly add extra milk. They left with my coffee, came back, handed my coffee back to me, slammed the window closed and all the employees disappear super fast. That's when I realize they added extra ice and NOT milk! Then I decided I wanted a refund due to unprofessional customer service. There was no reason for me to be treated that way. I was nice and even offer to pay extra.... oh my story gets better. Of course no one would come back to the drive-thru window when I was honking my horn until I started knocking at the window. A new lady came and I told her I wanted a refund. Then the original employees showed backup and refuse to give me a refund through the drive-thru and how I need to come inside if I wanted a refund. I refuse to move told the lady's there's no reason why they can't give me a refund throw drive-thru. Then they threatened me how their going to call their manager. Still refusing a refund. I even explain how I didn't want to drag my 2 toddlers inside just for a refund that can happen at the drive-thru! I paid CASH there's no reason why my refund can't happen at the drive-thru. So I ended up going inside with my toddlers for a refund. The ladys kept asking for my credit card. I had to tell them 5 different times I paid in cash... receipt even said payment in cash... after I finally gotten my refund. The employee had the nerve to tell me I'm ban and never to come back. Lmao I told her your not a manager to be able to ban anyone. Your trying to ban me for asking extra milk, willing to pay extra and then ask for a refund due to your unprofessionalism. Ya, that's a good reason... NOT lmao

I'm not sure what the morning folks problem is, but they're all SO cranky and so rude in the mornings. They'll literally toss your stuff out the window. Never say anything to you just open the window, toss your stuff out and slam the window. They really need to weed out the ignorant people who cannot handle an early morning shift. I live 5 mins from the store. I always use the app to order ahead. One of them made a comment (not directly to me but mumbled under her breath when I got to the speaker to say I ordered on the app) she said : well the whole point of order ahead is to order ahead - your order isn't ready yet" .... what the hell is the difference in ordering on the app and waiting in line than ordering at the drive thru and waiting in line!? They're all just a bunch of restless, ignorant people. I'll drive clear across town to the other store if these people can't get their shit together.

Morgantown DD’s are all owned by the same person are the worst I have ever experienced. Specifically Saberton. Zero customer service skills. Will literally have you stand in line for well over 10 minutes with not a single employee acknowledging you. Ordered bagel with bacon and cheese. Bagel toasted rock hard with cheese not melted. Ordered turkey sausage egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin. English muffin was raw not toasted. This happens all the time. At times donuts don’t have holes in them. It’s just poorly ran.

Ordered drinks paid for frozen drinks and instead of getting any of the money back or whatever changed one of them that was a small frozen hot chocolate to a sweet tea after knowing they couldn't do the frozen apparently at 6 pm they didn't even change the tea size to a large to take up for the over 4 dollars paid for a frozen hot chocolate

We came in and ordered 3 drinks and a dozen donuts. After paying and going to the counter to wait we were told they didn’t have ANY of the donuts we had ordered. Not a single one out of 8 we chose. How can a donut shop NOT have any donuts. They had 3 to choose from. So I had to get a refund which they said would take a few days to process. I then asked for the refund receipt and they didn’t know how to print anything except the most recent receipt.

Arrived around 3:00 PM on December 11th and was told there were no strawberry donuts left - instead of being offered a refund or a substitution, the worker told me to have a nice day. My latte also tasted like straight milk. Mornings are much better if you're looking to stop </3
