The service was junk, the girl taking our order at the drive through was impatient and short with us, the guy at the window never spoke to us and he kept looking in the back of our car at our children, real creepy vibe.

I overheard the workers after I had ordered my coffee say that the whipped cream was but, I ordered whipped cream with my coffee I thought surely they wont put it on it if it is bad or maybe they had good ones left.. nope they gave me the old nasty whipped cream im beyond pissed.

I stop here almost daily for Iced coffee and a donut. Just about every employee knows my order and will have it rang up and/or made before I make it to the counter. I've never experienced rudeness or an attitude from anyone there. Be patient and polite as they normally stay busy, and I'm certain you'll have a great experience.

I have been going to this Dunkin for a long time, and have interacted with managers and leaders and most all employees, I typically recognize if someone new starts! I have put up with this for a long time but have decided it is just too dysfunctional. Service is inconsistent and unkind. Workers are just angry which leads to rushed service and poor experiences. Last time I was in there the workers were arguing which made my 20-minute wait insufferable and you could feel the tension. Leadership really needs to make a change- kindness is free and goes a long way!

The black lady was a drive-through that has the blue colored hair was very rude and I read all the reviews. They do not put enough coffee in the drinks. I am not the only one that’s complaining about this. And when I came inside, she had an attitude towards me Unacceptable ,

The coffee is NEVER made correctly. I don’t think they even actually put coffee in the lattes as every time I have gotten one, it tastes watered down and extremely sweet. I also got the wrong donut and when my boyfriend went in to get the correct one, they told him he was wrong even after we showed them the receipt. They then proceeded to give him the wrong donut AGAIN and threw the bag at him across the counter. Have never had a polite interaction with any of the workers or a decent coffee.

I usually love stopping here. It’s one of the little things I look forward to during my workday. But today was frustrating. My order was wrong (missing a syrup I paid for), and when I politely asked for a fix, the remake was so overly sweet that I was nauseous after the first sip. It felt like payback for bringing it to attention. I don’t expect perfection, but a little kindness goes a long way. If you don’t want to serve customers, please leave customer service.

Waited to place order at the take out window for 5 minutes, watched 3 other cars pull out of line, just such a frustrating experience. Sure we could have left and gone across the street to sheetz but when you are the only person in the line you assume it won’t take 25 minutes to get one iced coffee. Every time we come to Sabraton Dunkin it is a huge disappointment. PLEEEEASE hire some competent staff.
