I had their two-piece chicken meal with rice and a salad. My wife had one of the steak options. I didn't care for the chicken much at all. The portions were small, and chicken was a bit dry with an unidentified seasoning that threw the flavor off for me. The salad was absolutely disgusting. It had an atrocious citris dressing that the lettuce was swimming in. I was passing it around to my kids so I could laugh at their puckered reactions. However, the rice and the steak were both very good. I would only order beef if I was to return.

As a bodybuilder chipotle was always my go too when I didn’t want to cook. I was tired of the downtown chipotles chaos and uncooked rice so I tried El pollon and I haven’t looked back since. We’ll easily eat the carne asada with rice 5 or six times in a busy week. The staff is always friendly and the food is always ready on time. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a cheap CLEAN meal

Ordered the half chicken with green beans and potatoes which were good. My husband got a chicken hoagie with fries which was good as well. It all went downhill with the “side salad” I ordered. It was literally sandwich toppings thrown in a container. Can’t believe I paid $4 for this.
Never ate this type of cuisine before. But omg the chicken is wonderful but the fried plantains and onion salad is so yummy

I just buy a whole chicken with 2 large side in doordash, the cost 27.73. The location is going to close in 12 minutes. I don't receive whole chicken, they probably take the dry chicken and overcooked and Leftovers they have and put it, in my order. Some of my plantains are overcook. I am extremely disappointed the side are large and i barely can feed my partner with it. I don't receive napkins or utensils. Neither a refund.
