El Pollon on High Street did not disappoint! We walked over from South Park with the family, which made it even better. The 13-year-old loves the chicken burrito—it’s her favorite. I love the fried plantains, and the tomato and red onion salad is sooo good. The salchipapas (fries with sliced hot dogs) are way more delicious than you’d think—total comfort food. The green sauce has a nice kick, and the white sauce is creamy and perfect. Honestly, dip everything in both.

The BEST Peruvian restaurant I have ever tried. We love the family style meals with 6 sides! It is a great place to go eat with a couple friends! The chicken looks just like any regular chicken you would normally eat but, it is packed with great flavor! The green and the white sauce that they give you pairs so well with the chicken and all of the sides! I suggest Family Meal #3 for 4 people. Get the Peruvian rice, Black beans, onion tomato salad, fried yucca, coleslaw, and plantains! Each person gets half of a whole chicken, spatchcocked (Split down the middle and flattened to cook). You get to experience the greatness of Peruvian food. If you have never tried Peruvian food I recommend going here and ordering my suggestion! You won't be disappointed!!!

I had a mid size party to cater. The staff was absolutely wonderful to work with, helpful, informative and friendly! Along with the mouthwatering chicken, there were many delicious sides to pick from. We chose quite a few sides, all the selections were outstanding! Friendly and fast service and the chicken was delicious!
We ordered takeout here and were given a wrong order, but, we didn’t realize it was wrong until we had gotten back home to eat. Then, realizing our order was completely wrong we came back and asked for the correct order. We got the new order and inspected it in our car. The order was wrong… again. Finally, we went in and when we asked for our order to be prepared again, it was finally correct on the third attempt. The food was by this point soggy and cold. For an apology we got offered a cup of water. We will not be eating here again.

Absolutely love the space, the staff was super friendly and answered questions we had about the menu. We went in for lomo soltaldo and it HIT! The meat was perfectly cooked, seasoned and tender. (Chef was super friendly also) I got a classic margarita and I think after two you'll be good lol Y'all have a full service bar, even if you want to just go in for a couple shots, hear good music dance a little this is the place.
The server told us they do live music on certain day but look out for promos for that.

We had such an amazing experience using El Pollon as food for a wedding reception. Luis helped to go over the menu and was so accommodating and helpful, including with some menu changes. The prices were extremely reasonable. We fed >20 people for about $650 (including tip). The food was hot, delicious, and a lot of care was put into the packaging, etc. I would highly recommend considering El Pollon not only day to day, but if you need event catering as well!
