Ordered the taco pizza for my customers...we are completely blown away. This is by far one of the BEST pizzas ever..happy customers at my job are what's improving thank you so much to star city Fox's for not disappointing...you guys rock!!!!

Never have had a problem with them till yesterday. Ordered a pepperoni big daddy from foxs pizza on University Avenue in Morgantown. I was HORIBLE! First the order was wrong.. they sent half pepperoni and half cheese.... THe pizza was cold and clearly old. It was burnt ... but cold.... as if it had been sitting for a long time and they reheated it real quick and burned it. It tasted like left over pizza you warmed up! There was barely any sauce on it. It was just horrible! I tried to call the store numerous numerous times, however they have their phone off as they arent accepting calls. Called again a few times today and got the same thing. Cant even speak to someone about the issue. Im assuming the phone has been intentionally turned off so they dont have to deal with all the angry customers!

Not worth your time. Orderd a large new York pizza with half onions and pepers. And onion rings. Took over hour 20 mon to get here. Forgot onions rings and pizza was ice cold. And both sides had onions and pepers on it. Pizza was not even I. A hot bag just sitting on delivery person seat. Just a waste of time and money now have to go get dinner from some where elae.

I recently moved to Morgantown and was missing my favorite pizza from home. Let me tell you, I've ordered from Fox's a few times and never once have I felt like it was missing something. Their pizza knocks it out of the park. Hands down I will order from them time and time again. By the way their delivery drivers are top notch!

We have only gotten pizza here once, so willing to redo my review if we ever go back. In short, our order was put together incorrectly and we weren't given the correct food (partly my fault I guess, I should check before), and the quality of the pizza was really pretty low, probably worse than Little Caesars.

Been ordering from here for years. Decided to order pizza for my daughter's 3rd birthday. A girl answered the phone, told me to hold and the line disconnected. Called back 3 times and no one answered, on the 4th call the phone was picked up and hung up. My boyfriend tried to call off his phone and was asked by Emily to hold, he said ok then the line was disconnected. My mom tried calling next and was also asked to hold, she told the girl no because the line kept being disconnected. The girl immediately started going off on my mom saying that there was not another line to be placed on hold to so the phone hangs up. My mom said she understood and asked for her order to be taken. She told my mom that she was busy with other customers and it wasn't her fault the phone kept disconnecting (which it obviously was if she's putting people on hold with no line for them to wait on). My mom then asked to speak to the manager, she told my mom she was the manager and she was gonna have my mom placed on the DO NOT ORDER LIST because of her calling so much. My mom explained she had only called once, the girl continued to argue with her and said she was being placed on the list and hung up. I will not be spending my money at an establishment with such rude management!!

As bad of a pizza as we have ever had!!! Crust was “Cardboard”, pizza tasted like it had been previously cooked, possibly not picked up and put back in the oven …. Was not fresh, worse than any fro zen pizza that we’ve ever had!!!

Was not fresh, worse than any fro zen pizza that we've ever had!!! Calls them but was told that the person who made the pizza was not there!

Absolutely disappointed in the management there now! I ordered pizza on Friday. Total was 40$. Saturday another charge for $20 is charged. Called Sunday was told manager would return my call two hours later. Called Monday. No returned call. Tuesday. No one answers or returns my calls. Wake up today, we’d Wednesday, to discover another $20 taken and $64 ! Fox’s has now stolen 100$+ from meeeee!!!!!!!!!!!! Bull****. Going in there today but absolute carelessness.Reply!!!!! excuse me but no. You know what you’ve done. You’ve sold your business and are allowing charges that is money STOLENNNN ! Your driver WROTE IN A $20 tip!!!!!! My daughter didn’t sign for a $20 tip on a $40 order! I’ve spoken to my bank and you’ve charged my card twice for $20 afterrrrrr you driver gave herself a $20. Tip! I’ll be happy to remove this review when the new owners take over! Otherwise spit your case to the police! THATS THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
