Staff were not at all a welcoming presence when I got to the establishment. They made me feel unwelcome and their attire was unprofessional. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way through, I have a pizza cutter so wasn’t a big deal but still, bare minimum expected. As for the taste, it was good, not mind blowing though and not enough to want to come back.

Found this place near our hotel. Nice staff, but we had issues with the food. Taco Salad: requested black olives but did not get them. Jalapeño poppers were cold and disgusting. But the salad (w/o black olives) was good, the wedgie was delicious and the Stromboli was fantastic. Kinda disappointed, but the food we got was tasty.

Called to order for deliver, guy was rude and said I was out of network for them evens though I live only two miles. Ordered on doordash and called back asking about my driver and figured out I’m not out of network for them. The second guy I spoke to was sweet, and I appreciated it. But the first guy was very rude and hung up for no reason.

I am absolutely disappointed in this foxes ! I made a delivery order at 1:16pm and at 1:50 I called to find out the approximate time my delivery would get here and they informed me that the delivery driver had just left with my order. 2:19 comes around and I call back to find out how much longer and they inform me that the delivery driver was out delivering two other orders and would then be picking up mine. I informed them of the previous phone call and The person who stated they were the manager was not nice at all. They were not empathetic nor did they acknowledge the issue. Finally I just stated I will come in and pick it up myself and he said okay give of 25 minutes so they had not even started my order over and hour and 20 minutes later. I could not believe the service and just disrespect of this place or the manager I was not even offered a discount or anything for the trouble. I decided to just cancel my order and go else where. Very disappointed a simple acknowledgment would have went a long way.
Very good sandwiches and excellent fries. Pretty nice folks at the helm.

My family and I normally get what they have called "Big Daddy" which is between 21-22 slices, with pepperoni on it.. it makes for great pizza when you eat it hot, but great leftovers as well

The debate on the best pizza in Morgantown has been settled. It’s Fox’s Pizza Den. Seriously, I think we tried them all, and Fox’s has the best balance of taste and cost. The crust is tasty, the toppings are fresh and generous --and we can afford to do pizza for the whole family.I’m speaking specifically about the Den in Cheat Lake . . . I haven’t tried the other locations. Save yourself time on trying mediocre pizza and shoot for Fox’s Pizza.*Edit – It was brought to my attention that I haven’t tried Lefty’s yet. It’s a totally different style of pizza and the cost is quite a bit more . . . so for traditional pizza, Fox’s still wins!
