So this review is a little bit different because I ordered through Ubereats, but my issues are directed at whoever packed my order, not who delivered it, because it was still sealed whenever I got it.

I ordered a shrimp teriyaki dinner bento. I have ordered bentos here before and they were always really good, and they came in a bento box, and they always came with tempura vegetables and a small roll.

So I ordered the shrimp bento box today, as I was feeling under the weather and I really wanted a little bit of sushi. In the description, it said that it came with soup, salad, rice, a California roll, tempura veggies, and shrimp teriyaki. This is why I always order the bentos, because it is a meal with a lot of different things in it.

Whenever I received it today, I was missing all of the tempura vegetables and the roll. Additionally, my meal was not packed in a bento box, it looked more like a to-go entree box. My shrimp was horribly overcooked and rubbery, everything was swimming in a thick soup of teriyaki sauce.

It seems to me that whoever made my meal did not know how to cook shrimp, but also packaged it like an entree instead of a bento box, which would explain why I'm missing the roll and the vegetables. I also didn't receive any napkins or cutlery or anything in the bag. Obviously that's not my biggest issue but it's just weird that I ordered soup and salad and I didn't get a fork or a spoon.

I'm trying to file a claim right now through Uber eats but I have to wait for a representative to get back to me. At the end of the day though, the issue is not with the courier or the delivery service, because my bag was complete and sealed. The issue stands with whoever packed my order. (And whoever cooked that disgusting shrimp)

I wouldn't have ordered this at all if I knew I wasn't getting the sushi roll or the tempura vegetables, that's literally the best part of the bento boxes.

My daughter and I went here for a quick easy dinner. Service was very lack, and the food was not great. We asked for refills on our drinks numerous times, the server acted like we were literally bothering them. Needless to say, we won't return.

This is the best Japanese restaurant, PERIOD. The staff is great and the food is fantastic! Everything is so fresh and the tastes outperform any other restaurant around! There is always a consistent quality and you never wait long to be served. This is our favorite place to eat and I highly recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed!

Not impressed at all. My girlfriend got her food, ate every bite, and was basically ready for dessert while I was still sitting there empty-handed. By the time my meal finally came out, the whole dinner felt pointless. If you enjoy watching someone else eat while you starve, this is the place for you

The server was nice but it seemed like it was his first day, the girl server did not speak English, and the THIRD server also seemed to also be new.... To put it lightly there were 3 servers to 5 tables. That's to begin with. My friend's food came out with shrimp on it(it was a steak dish with noodles) he is also allergic to shrimp. The noodles came out 10 minutes after the steak and veggies. My other friend is the only one that got the correct order. My order came to me 10 minutes after my friends got theirs and ate. My sushi came (after stating multiple times I have an allergen to gluten) with gluten in it (breadcrumbs) they took it off the bill but I'm not gonna have a fun week due to getting my allergen given to me after very specific instructions.

We have had several great experiences at this restaurant. But tonight we took our four-year-old out for dinner. He was really looking forward to having his birthday dinner there like his older brothers. And just nothing we had to take him out. Get a ice cream shop and explain that they were just having problems tonight last time. I ever a customer at this restaurant.

My friend and his autistic son had dinner there this evening July 3, 2025. As they were boxing up their leftovers to leave his sweet nonverbal son was doing his happy dance and making stemming noises and the chef at another table said he couldn’t cook because of the noises his son was making. The chef actually upset the families at his table and had them in tears and apologizing to my friend for the way the chef acted and said he wasn’t bothering them at all. This type of behavior is disgusting and uncalled for. My friend and his son eat there often as it is their favorite hibachi place. My friend is too nice to say anything, but I’m not especially when it involves a child (special needs or otherwise). It’s sad because his son really enjoys going there and eating as well as feeding the fish and they eat there often.
