I seriously LOVE getfit ??? Everyone is so welcoming to ALL & caring if I ever have any questions! I love that they use fresh produce and products for their high protein food and drink options. They always care about my needs and wants for whether I’m wanting higher protein or low carbs! Have an allergy or need gluten free or vegan options they got it all !! My favorite place ever!!

Vegetarian options: They have Oat. Almond and coconut milk options! Vegan plant based protein option and have vegan based shakes, bowls and food options !

Dietary restrictions: Very good with listening and suggesting for your needs!

Parking: So convenient

Kid-friendliness: Pet and kid friendly! Getfit is so awesome

Wheelchair accessibility: All flat surfaces & easy access to the register !

I love the food and quality of the products here. Service however is lacking. I’ve never waited less than 10-15 minutes for my order. Today was a new record wait time. I ordered ahead in the app at 6:20 for a 6:45 pickup. I didn’t arrive until 7:05 and my order still wasn’t done. It was 7:18 before I got my order. It should not take 58 minutes to make two salads and an açai bowl. I don’t know if more staff is needed or what the solution is but something needs worked out.

UPDATE: Business owner was very prompt at addressing my concern. There was an error with the app that should not have allowed order to be placed before 7am. Despite the mistake with the app I was offered my next order for free. I now give 5 stars.

Lovely people that work here!! Placed a pick up order online and when I came in my shake was ready but my breakfast sandwich wasn’t. Apologize multiple times bc they were out of eggs and went to get more. It wasn’t even a long wait and they even gave me a coupon for a free shake! Clean and jamming atmosphere. Will def return here again. I also have a peanut allergy and honestly the first shake place I felt comfortable ordering from.

I worked and ate at get fit for some time and I’m warning everyone to not eat there .. they have a fly and nat problem in the area where they keep the fruit and also some of the fruit goes rotten real quick and as a former employee I’m here to say that the owner never pays his employees on time

Get fit juices and shakes in suncrest is amazing! My husband and I go every once in a while I absolutely love the melts they have. The shakes are absolutely amazing. The employees are always friendly and awesome ? and I absolutely love ordering using the app to get my points. BTW the chicken bacon ranch melt was delicious ?

I always like coming here, both locations are great, in my opinion! I'm used to get the Java dream a lot, but I feel like each location makes them different, BUT that's okay. I work in the food industry, and I know how easy it is to forget an ingredient here and there. I do wish they had nutrition facts for each product besides just Calorie and Protein. Us carb conscious people would love that!

Kid-friendliness: I feel like this would be a great place to bring your kids if they wanted something sweet, but the parents didn't want it to be too unhealthy.

Buyer beware. Ask up front if they have all the ingredients because they will let you buy an item, take your money and NOT TELL YOU they don't have half of the ingredients you ordered UNTIL AFTER ITS MADE. That's messed up. It didn't happen to just me. It happened to the guy in front of me too. Definitely NOT coming back here.

The chicken bacon and ranch hot melt was super delicious, however the fries that come with it were barely cooked and “mushy” :(

I came at 6:20 on a Friday and the doors were still locked
