If you place an order online or call an order in, they tell you 10/15 minutes. The first time I waited 45 minutes. I tried again and I waited an hour before they even realized that they never wrote my order down. My pick up time was 7:15. I waited there until 8:30. No apology or explanation. They gave me a glass of water and asked for my credit card. While decent food, they are clearly overwhelmed and need to hire. With this happening now two times, I won’t be back. No apology, nothing to make the situation right. What a shame

Ordered pad Thai for delivery and could not believe how bad it was. Basically just plain noodles with nothing on them. I almost just threw it away, but I was hungry so instead made my own peanut sauce and put it over them and that made it edible, but of course, defeated the purpose or ordering food. Will never eat here again.

DO NOT TIP THE SERVER(S), the owner doesn’t allow the servers to keep their tips. The servers are forced to give all the tip money back to the restaurant. The kitchen is also very dirty, the ice machine has never once been cleaned, they also allow their kid to roam the restaurant and touch everything. They don’t wash their hands when touching the register/ phone before going to handle food. I would leave this place 0/5 stars if I could.

I have had two infuriating experiences with this restaurant. In both cases, I have ordered food only to get home and see that items were not included. One time, I paid extra for fried rice that wasn't included. Twice I bought sweet and sour chicken but was never given sweet and sour sauce. Basically, we were left with bland dried out chicken. I called the restaurant and was told a manager would call me. They never did. I called back and was told they would give me a $4 credit. Basically had two full meals ruined because there wasn't the appropriate sauce and they were giving a credit that barely covers a side of rice. I asked for a refund and was denied. This restaurant is quite a bit more expensive than other Chinese restaurants. I find the lack of service or concern really upsetting. I won't be ordering here again.

Delicious with great portions! Had the pho while my mom had the sushi deluxe and we loved both. It's not a pho place but for some reason it seems to be a larger and tastier than the nearby pho restaurant. The presentation with the sushi is pretty fantastic, and it came with some sliced apples for some reason, but it was appreciated. The staff was also very friendly!
