I usually love Hardee’s but they messed up my order thru drive thru. Then when I called and politely asked for a refund, was told I’d need to bring the physical card back to the store for a refund. I was already on the interstate! I gotta waste my gas to get my money for their mistake? Like I said normally I love Hardee’s but this one needs a new GM, bad.
Edit: 11/29/25 was told management would reach out and talk to me, never did.

Was there today trying to get breakfast, patiently waiting as they kept telling me they'd be with me in a minute.. by the time they got to me to take my order they said breakfast was over, when the cashier tried to help me get breakfast still since I had been waiting 20 mins, a gentleman in the back yelled oh well, breakfast is over.. I left without any food. Very disappointed in the way things were handled.

Cinnamon raisin biscuits are back! I saw that sign and it made me want to stop. Since it was after 5pm, I figured if they had any cinnamon raisin biscuits left they would probably be old and hard. I was delighted to find out that they were fresh, soft, and delicious. I also got a sweet tea. It was fresh brewed, and tasted great! The young lady who took my order and handed out my food was super sweet. I regret that I didn't ask her name to put on the survey. I got truly excellent customer service. And that is so rare these days. Good job Hardee's!
