Second visit to this location. First time it was with my daughter, Kathy was very rude and huffy. This time I brought my 82 year old Mother as a treat. Again Kathy was rude and huffing while taking our order. When I drove to the window my Mother was smoking in the passenger seat. Kathy immediately started telling her to put out her cigarette. Not in a nice way either. My Mother can’t hear well, and leaned forward to hear again, Kathy again said rudely put out your cigarette. I would have gladly asked my Mom to put it out given the chance. Kathy said pull up and I’ll bring your food out to you. I then got out my phone to fill this out and she walked back to the window opened it up and said, DO YOU WANT MY NAME. I said no, I don’t need your name Kathy. I pulled forward and when she brought out our food she said it’s unacceptable that you were smoking and it was coming in the window. Enjoy your food and continued to talk as she walked away. Again, if she would have been more kind, patient, and not huffing around and given me time to ask my Mom to put out her cigarette I would have. I get it some people are sensitive to smoke. But goodness , give a person a chance to respond. The first visit my 9 year old daughter and I pulled to the window and Kathy again hugging angrily said we don’t have chicken tenders. The truck didn’t come. Before even asking what we would like. I am not going back to this location. Kathy needs to calm down and learn how to be polite.

I went through the drive through this morning and I just had to say thank you some how. But I came through and ended up 3 dollars short and Blake the boy who served me didn’t hesitate for a second and pulled out his wallet and said that I didn’t need to worry about the extra 3 dollars. Super amazing I wish I lived around there to go back and see Blake in person super nice!!

They got order wrong and then when brought to their attention they (it was supposed to be a cheeseburger)have a slice of cheese on a piece of hamburger wrapper!!! Food quality was less than pleasing !!! It was actually rather Disappointing and well Disgusting! I Used to Love this location’s Food but it’s really went Downhill Way Down to the point I’d say it’s at the Earths inner Core ! The Restaurant looks out dated and is in Bad Need of Repairs the Air Conditioning was barely functioning and the tables were Filthy ! I Did not Write this Review after only one visit either . I guess I felt Gluttonous for punishment and sub par food and must’ve been on a mission in search of a huge case of Food poisoning because that is what I ended up with ! I Don’t See this Location Staying Opened Much Longer without the Owners remolding and Doing Some Extensive Staff Training which is really sad because at one time it was my Favorite Hamburger!

Traveling for work, I wanted biscuits and gravy. Nothing was open this early for a sit-down meal. So I googled Hardee's. I drove 17 minutes and it was worth it. The ppl working were so friendly and curious!

Raymond was amazing it’s so rare that you come to a fast food restaurant and they are happy to serve you. He had a smile on his face the entire order and was happy to help us. Even when I changed my mind he was happy to change my order. Thank you Raymond

Save your money and time go somewhere else. The boy who took my order was rude, giving me an attitude the whole time. All of the drinks was put, had to get water. My food? My chicken was very hard but my batter on the inside was still uncooked, my fries were hard as well. The only thing good was my bread. Husband ordered the Carolina Gold BBQ Chicken sandwich meal his chicken and fries was also hard, then as we are eating at 6 PM. The boy who took our order started moping as we are eating inside. Very disappointed here. Won’t be coming back. Should have asked for a refund but didn’t feel like dealing with them.

I needed a quick dinner after a long day. I used to drive in. That was quick. I had issues with the french fries. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for the food to come out. The food was fine what could have been a little warmer. The staff was friendly.

I decided to check this place out a few times after a guy recommended I apply for work here and checking a business out as a customer can tell you a lot about a potential work environment. It's clear they do not put enough money into this place.
There only ever seems to be one person working any given shift, aside from management. This explains the incredibly slow wait times.
Each time I've gone I've heard a woman in the kitchen yelling and berating the employee. I looked up the job listing and noted that there was no information on needing a food handlers card for working with the food. This suggests that they aren't going to inform you that you need one until after they hire you and tell you that it's to be paid for out of pocket. With the lack of employees seen there at any given time and the clear neglect seen not only on the outside but the inside as well, I'd say this place is a no go for both eating and working, unfortunately. The prices are insane as well

Came through the drive thru Monday evening and I gotta say, something has certainly changed for the better with Hardee' s. I think it has everything to do with the employee working when I ordered. Anna was a pleasant and attentive worker if I ever have seen one. My food was fresh delicious and served to me quickly which in the past hasn't always been the case but I think if Hardee's had about 10 more Anna's working for them that would be a restaurant that's going to be just fine.
