Went through drive-thru on Thursday, Feb 29, 2024 about 2:00. Ordered a Mushroom and Swiss with medium fries. My favorite sandwich was delicious. The fries were terrible! They were literally COLD, not even lukewarm! I paid over $11 for this meal. Very disappointing . Do better. You had to know the fries were completely cold and inedible.

got to the drive through at approximately 9:20, the worker then proceeded to walk away from the window & never come back too take my order. i waited for 10 minutes & nothing. dont come here when they are about to close; probably wont get service.

Worst customer service. 7pm and the manager told my husband he ruined her night because he ordered food. Fries were cold but the sandwiches were good.,not hot but tasty.

To start off ii was 6:05 pm and the one of two employees I seen was scrubbing the floor and I could see before I walked in she was agitated that my husband and I we’re coming in to dine. I seen her stop scrubbing and walk to the front very annoyed. So I asked her if it was ok if we ordered and of course she said yes. The other employee peeked around to see what was going on. The place could use updated the soft drink machine is ancient they could stand to maintain their oil for frying it made the fries taste like poison. Anyway she put some coupons on the tray that I put in the trash with the nasty fries. I won’t be needing them as I won’t be back. I know it’s been tough since the pandemic finding people to work. Seeing as the parking lot was empty and not one car went through the drive through they should close their doors.

On February 3rd 2024 at 1 pm your terrible meth head manager robbed me, for 9$ told me f you and f your change. Horrible woman, told all the other employees sorry for the mess there idiot manager made. And since you wouldn't refund my money you robbed me. Ended up robbed never got a thibg refused to give me 8.97 back,2 mashed milkshakes later and talking to the cops. Hardees is still a trash hole, I'd rather eat off a used needle than eat anything that crack or meth head ever touched. Customers beware

Stopped here around 830pm on a Saturday night. There was only 1 person working, so we waited a good 10 minutes in the drive thru for her to come out with our food. Our fries CLEARLY were old ones, that were placed back in oil to heat up. They were so hard, that they were inedible. We ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, which had ZERO bacon, a stale bun, and overcooked patty. I spent $30 for food we could not eat, and ended up going next door to McDonald’s. Never again!

We hadn't seen a Hardee's in like 20 years so I told my boyfriend we HAD to stop. It was clean the lady working the front was super nice and the food was good.
Food was cold. Did not have ketchup. French fries taste nasty. Service was very slow and the women's restroom was right at disgusting. Wish I could of given it a half of star.
My wife were on our way to Tennessee from our home in Pennsylvania. We decided to stop in for a quick breakfast.Our food was delivered quickly to our table and the restaurant was clean.Hardee’s is your basic fast food restaurant.The staff was very friendly.Definitely recommend a visit when in the Morgantown area

Only two employees working at 6 p.m. We stood at the register for a few minutes before anyone even noticed us. We started making loud noise so they'd hear us. Finally someone noticed us but motioned for us to 'just give them a minute'. So, we continued to wait.The employee came up to the register soon after that and just looked at us, no "hello, how may I help you?", no "welcome!", no apology for the wait, not a word. Just stood there and stared expectantly at us. So we ordered. As we were trying to place our order, the other employee in the back kept yelling at her to come here/hurry up. In her defense I don't think she knew there were customers inside, but still! It was very rude. The employee trying to take our order kept laughing uncomfortably, then finally poked her head into the back and said quietly "Just a minute!", then returned to the register. The employee in the back continued yelling.We finished placing our order. Went and sat down. We could hear the employee in the back randomly swearing throughout our entire visit. The employee that took our order brought the food out to our table, surprisingly within 8-10 minutes.The burger was okay, a little less than average. The fries had the distinct taste of being in oil for a long time. That's when I noticed no condiments available. So, I went up to the front and waited. She stopped and just looked at me. I asked if I could have ketchup and she handed me three packets. I said "Thank you." No response, she just rushed away. We finished our meal and left.I was disappointed, I had a higher expectation of Hardee's. I definitely don't want to return to this one.
