Just had a wonderful meal at Hill and Hollow. We feel fortunate to find such a great place when we are just passing through town. When they say farm to fork they mean it. Our server was awesome. She was able to honestly and accurately answer our questions.
The food just kept coming and coming! A very special occasion brought my wife and I from Ohio on Saturday. The appetizers were so unique. The pickled, grilled watermelon slices were a hit with my wife. Ramp hummus with fresh veggies for dipping, quesadillas, pickled eggs and more. Fork tender beef sirloin over skin on mashed potatoes with grilled squash and onions. Dessert was a tongue teasing cilantro-lime sorbet with a fiery habanero sorbet that will set you on fire!
