There were 6 of us. My grandson & i got drink orders as we waited for the others. When they arrived our waitress took their drinks. They waited at least 10-15 for those to arrive. While she waited on others tables no big deal but they were getting their food as we waited for our order to be taken. Finally drinks arrived & she came back to take our orders which took about 30 minutes to come. I was served toast not my bacon temptation. Daughter was served her food but not her crispy potatoes. She kept waiting on others & bringing out their food as we stiill waited. She went over & was wrapping silverware. Hosting as those who came in. Everyone was done eating & we still didn't have our food. She did keep up on refills except for mine. Finally we ask about my meal about 20 more minutes later. She said she had to have them remake mine. Another 20 minutes I finally got my food & daughter her crispy potatoes. As her & I were finishing up she brought out refills for the others. She never informed us about our food.

After waiting 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us we were told they close at 7 and would be shutting things down… when asked what things would be closed down she replied everything around you….we would be cleaning and shutting down around you. They clearly didn’t want to serve us even tho it was over an hour before closing. Not to mention online says they close at 9 not 7. No wonder the place was empty, the lady had a horrible attitude!

Sunday - we get there at 5:55. They close at 7pm. It took them til 6:05 to realize we was in the lobby waiting. I tell them 9. They go back and talk and then all of a sudden. We staring hearing “we close at 7”. “It could take awhile for your good just so you know.” It’s like they were doing everything they can to get us not to stay. So we left. We didn’t intend on sitting around and talking all night or making them late to be wherever they needed to be. Not to mention there was hardly anyone there. Sorry, we inconvenienced this IHOP.

Quiet atmosphere. EXCELLENT gluten free pancakes. I have Celiac and server explained they use gf batteries but same grill. I do fine with that. They're light & fluffy, tasty! Just sorry I ordered two instead of three! ;-)

This IHOP is awesome. The food is always on point, portion sizes are huge, and service has been amazing. I've been here at least 3 times and I'm consistently impressed. I'd recommend the country fried steak and eggs, it always hits the spot. Pancakes are just like they were 20 years ago. Love this IHOP!

Sat and waited in curbside pickup for my food for over an hour. Went inside and they said it was still being worked on, went back outside and waited 30 minutes and called in and asked if my food was done that i was still waiting outside, and they said they were busy it'd be out soon. They weren't very busy. 3 other people came into curbside pickup and got their food before I ever received mine. Waited about another 15 minutes after those people got their food, before mine came out. I received it and they just gave a quick sorry there was a mix up in the kitchen. My food was barely even warm when I received it.
