Insomnia Cookies

The cookies are amazing, but the price sucks . They charge way too much for cookies .

Went for a s’mores cookie and they were out, we’re just told they didn’t have any. Wasted trip. This isn’t the first time they haven’t had the cookies in stock that we wanted.

When my coworkers asked if I wanted a cookie from Insomnia as a midafternoon snack I absolutely joined in. We all Venmo'd our $6 to the girl ordering and the cookies soon arrived. Prompt and warm. All good. I figured a premium cookie company would offer a "larger than normal cookie". This was a standard sized, maybe even a bit smaller than I expected. Maybe I should have lowered my expectations but I didn't think I needed to for a $6 cookie.

I ordered it through Uber Eats because I read that they have issues with their own delivery service. I had no issues doing it this way.

The cookies are rather expensive but they're decent. I especially enjoyed the salted caramel one.

These are good but over priced.

Cookies are great, but pick up yourself. Delivery took over 2 hours before just calling to ask for a refund after still not receiving order.

Delivery is horrible, takes forever to get your order. Cookies are delicious though, so maybe just pick them up.

We were at Insomnia in Morgantown today for the 1st time!! The cookies were amazing and so was our server Jason T!! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer person or a greater experience!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered cookies to be delivered to my son at work for his birthday. Spent $35 on them and the delivery driver handed them off to a random person rather than waiting for my son to come get them. I had even left a message in the notes of the order. My son has the screenshot where the driver got there and left in one minute after claiming he waited for 10 minutes. I tried calling the store, but a recording said the voice mailbox was full. What an awful experience. Buyer beware!

It's crazy that one of their big draws, being able to deliver, is so awful. It's super unreliable, takes hours, and if you don't give a "satisfactory" tip, your cookies will arrive cold and broken up

The cookies tasted good, but this is how they showed up. Broken, piled on top of each other, and stuck together.

It seems like most of the negative reviews are from orders, but I've only ever done pickup and had a great experience!If you walk in, you just pick from what they have available and the cookies are always amazing! Super warm and fresh! They melt in your mouth! Highly recommend paying the extra money for the specialty cookies like the peanut butter cup!
