BEST WORKERS EVER
Over two hours to get a delivery that was supposed to be 30 mins. Called for an hour and half with no one answering the phone. Terrible service, will not be getting any more of my business. Nearly $40 for cookies and then a 2 hour wait that just kept extending itself on the tracker. I had left my house to pick up my own order when I received the notice that they were finally on the way.
The cookies are delicious and addicting and the customer service is top notch. I had an issue with a delivery and the GM personally delivered fresh cookies to make it right. I couldn’t recommend this store more! The cookies are soft with a nice crunch and packed full of flavor.
The best place to get 2 am cookies. The cookies are yummy and service is great! The cashier I had today, Lilly, was very kind and got me and my friends cookies right away! I will definitely be coming back in the future! :)

This location of Insomnia Cookies is incredible! Today was free cookie day, which was great for my friends and I; however, the workers went through a great deal as they were notified last minute about free cookie day. I felt absolutely horrible for them, but they kept a positive attitude and great spirit! I would recommend Insomnia Cookie to anyone who asks.
What the workers had to go through tonight was ridiculous. Cookies were amazing but I did feel terrible they were notified last minute about a very busy event.
Fire. The worker, Willow, was chill as hell.
I was just at this location and the man working was very kind and helpful. Helped me pick out some cookies that were for my fiancé and even gave me a gift sleeve to make it look more sincere. Really cool guy and the other employees as this location are also really nice, I highly recommend this insomnia!
Stopped in for some ice cream which was very good. Did not order the cookies but looked on the expensive side for college students. Nevertheless, tasty snack shop
