Parking: This store is in a strip mall so has a shared free parking lot! I had no trouble finding parking close at a busy time!

We heard great reviews about Jersey Mike's so we tried the Morgantown shop. Staff were rude both in taking an order and in responding to questions. The food prep counter was very messy but they did clean it prior to preparing our food. The trash can lid was off and leaned up against a dining chair. The dine-in experience was poor but the food was great.

The person who took our order, seemed like manager. Not welcoming at all. Shook head when we walked in. Didn't greet us. I finally asked how are you doing today.... response, ok what can I get you. Very Rude. Do not be in a customer service type of job if this is your personality. Miserable. Almost 50.00 we spent on 2 subs, 2 drinks, chips. We will NEVER come back here. Good luck to the owner, can't see this one staying open.

The subs here are much better than most sub places (way way better than subway). The Philly cheesesteak is seriously good, but they aren’t afraid to charge for it either. Still it’s a lot of food and a decent value.

I’ve doordashed from you all 3 times, only once has it been right. Now I’m stuck footing a 12 dollar tip, the fees etc and I only get refunded for the sandwich lol. So ~$17ish dollars I’ve completely lost, and a giant sub I can’t eat because of the mayo. So I will not be going back to this location. Hope they open a new one in the area and staff it with more attentive people. The one time my sub was right it was amazing. Other than that there is nothing at this store, maybe going in would be a better alternative, but as for doordash, I highly highly highly recommend something else. If you’re dying for it just drive there I suppose.
I ordered a #64. Supposed to have Swiss cheese, onions. Peppers, mushrooms and steak. Got everything but the steak. Good thing I liked everything else!!!!!
