Echoing all the other reviewers. This Jimmy Johns gets every order wrong, and are slow to make sandwiches. Waited 45 minutes to get an order of 4 sandwiches, learned they had given my order to the wrong person, and took 15 more minutes to remake, and received the wrong order. Extremely frustrating and bad service.
No matter how much you want a sandwich, I don't recommend this location. You will be wasting time, money, and you will be unhappy.

I implore you, do not give this establishment your business. They do not deserve it. I ordered a Beach Club sandwich for delivery and it took them a full hour to confirm my order only to call and tell me that they ran out of 2 ingredients. The person I talked to asked if I still wanted to proceed with the order. I opted out. He even told me I was going to be refunded. It's been more than week now, and I never got my refund.

I also want to point out that they have severed their phone line. They do not want to talk to customers. It's truly baffling how this location is still in business despite the overwhelmingly negative reviews and piss poor service.

Closed when we got there in the middle of the day, after I had placed an online order.
Doors were locked. Myself and many other guests were unable to get our food we were billed for.

Ordered food to be delivered at 132pm on a Saturday. Didn’t receive order so I tried to call the store. Phone is disconnected. Tried to cancel on app, was unable to. Checked about 30 mins ago and it said it was delivered. 9 hours later. Which it wasn’t delivered at all. I have a ring camera. Now I’m unable to call them or call corporate till Monday. Will never order from here again.

Placed an order online at 810pm. Went to pick at 840 and there is a sign on the door saying be back in an hour. Waited around, No one ever showed back up. Never got the food I paid for and have called the store to find the phone number disconnected.

Ordered on the online app at 2:27pm and got my order at 4:43pm late lunch turned into early dinner thanks a lot…. Freaky fast? More like freaking SLOW. Also they never fill the ranch cups up all the way so I have to buy extra just to get 2 full cups…

We ordered 10 sandwiches for our work area. Every sub was incorrect. No toppings on any sub. We ordered three pickle subs, none were on a pickle. Missing items from our order. Tried to call Morgantown store and number was disconnected. Called customer service and they were not helpful or able to do anything either. Wish I could leave negative stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst JJ we’ve ever been to! Very dirty, boxes overflowing on customer seats, soda machine out of order, men’s bathroom out of order, bread was burnt and hard, food and drinks on the counter and in way of CC machine, rude employee! Not going back.

Man, Shift one is terrible!!! , morning time getting good from this place is the worst. But the night shift is amazing y’all need to give that crew a raise! And learn from them!

Freaky Fast is about an hour and a half delivery time. FYI.

Ordered a giant and only received half the sandwich. I called immediately and told the driver I only received half my sandwich. It took them 30 min to bring me my other half of my order even longer than it took them to bring it the first time. Driver seemed like he didn’t care at all. The second half of my order that was brought was extremely soggy which means it sat for 45 min and they didn’t even bother to make a new one. Completely done with this location.
