I reported to the hotline and they are going to investigate and a report was made They weren't busy at all and told us to pull to the front.So we sat there forever with our kids.Waiting for our food for no reason.So I walked in to see what was taking so long and they were throwing chicken at each other.Just goofing off until they see me standing there and then finally started working on my order. Also were greated with a horrible mood and the vibe continued inside going slow playong around throwing food barely doing much....we wont be back !

Ordered a pot pie and when I cracked through the crust it was almost empty inside, they told me thats how they come……. No they do not, I’ve had them at other KFC’s. One of the employees kids were behind the counter and running back and forth back into the Kitchen so apparently they are also a daycare? Very unprofessional

Wouldn't be so bad if the team wasn't biased against new staff. Their staff does no wrong ?
Went through the drive through and got our order. Staff was farely fast, friendly, (lots of hickies to look at). Had to get original and crispy because they didnt have enough crispy. Food was blah. Tasted like it was time to change that oil. Change name to Popeye's and this place would be spot on. I do not recommend this establishment until marquee states, "Under New Management."

We ordered on the mobile app. When we arrived to pick it up in the drive through, we were instructed to park. After waiting for more than an acceptable amount of time, I went inside and was told someone came in and stole it from their apparently unsupervised pick-up counter. Another 18 minutes later, our food was finally ready. The place was really struggling, which means the leadership is in trouble. Please give your staff more or better support.
