We ordered on the mobile app. When we arrived to pick it up in the drive through, we were instructed to park. After waiting for more than an acceptable amount of time, I went inside and was told someone came in and stole it from their apparently unsupervised pick-up counter. Another 18 minutes later, our food was finally ready. The place was really struggling, which means the leadership is in trouble. Please give your staff more or better support.

Everytime my family and I go here its ALWAYS fast friendly service. It's the only place around here where the employees are nice and treat their customers with respect!! I love going here and will continue going.

An hour before closing, nobody working the counter so had to use kiosk. Drink station was already closed. No sweet tea. Staff didn't know what drinks we ordered or that we chose Dine-in; which would not have happened had there been a person to take the order. No option for a paper receipt. Ordered regular and got 1/2 crispy.

Small mashed potatoes almost $4. Average family can't afford to eat here anymore. Might as well eat at Olive Garden for the money. ?

I drove through the drive-thru around 5:00 this evening, 3/18/24. Service was great. But the food was less than good. The chicken was dry when it used to be so delicious. The size of the pieces (legs and thighs) were so much smaller than they used to be. Who are you buying your chicken from? It's a shame. The chicken coating was a little bitter as well, even though I ordered original recipe. Just not up to par any longer. Unfortunately, I don't have a reason to go back. Wouldn't hurt to fix the potholes in the drive-thru as well.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is still the best choice for chicken. Their eleven herbs and spices recipe is just so much better than the simple salt and pepper flavor of most other restaurants.

I just spent 25 minutes standing at the front counter, waiting on the 2 chicken sandwiches I ordered as a take-out. I placed my order at 3:11, and stood there watching as the employees apparently struggled to figure out how to make 2 sandwiches. Some time around 3:25, an employee approached me and said "we're waiting on the fillets, it'll only be another minute." Ten minutes later, at 3:35, a lady walked up to the counter and set my bag down, and immediately turned to walk away. I had to stop her, so I could ask for sauce.I then told her I've been waiting more than 20 minutes, and asked for a manager. She told me the manager was in the back, and to wait. So I waited for another minute, then left. No employees approached me to apologize, no manager talked to me the whole time I stood there. How can you run a business like this?
