I came thru the drive thru at 8pm to grab my daughter and I a chicken pot pie. First off the girl who answered the headset was not very customer friendly but my main issue is that they said they were out of pot pies for the night. When your establishment is open until 11pm and your menu board offers that product yu should have it available and it not the right thing to do would be to explain to the customer it would have to be made and i promise they’d rather wait on something knowing it’s fresh thn not get anything at all. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location I would be embarrassed as the manager on duty. And as a DM myself it wouldn’t happen in my stores!!

This place is ridiculous and their employees at night time are liars. I pick up DD and UA from this KFC so I know what foods they JUST had when I picked up DD orders and I come through to order my own food it is funny how as I order items they don't have them...none of them. So pretty much one hour before closing they only have french fries I guess. So what happens if I order online or if I order it through DD are they going to still say they don't have the items?

Went to KFC saw a friend and so I went to talk to them at the end of the parking lot. In 8 min KFC had my car towed by Dougs Towing. The little girl inside said Dougs towing is responsible. Dougs towing said she called them. Ill never ever eat at a KFC again in my life..This cost me 400$
This restaurant has a contract with a towing company and if you are parked there too long you will get towed for 400 dollars. Beware!

Really miss grilled chicken! Ended up at this place when I went to Wendy's up the road while on my way from Ohio to Virginia, and the doors were locked despite there being customers at booths. I really had to use the restroom, and there's plenty of other places to eat that aren't just using their drive thrus. So here I came for better food anyway.

If I could give this kfc a minus 10 I would. I want to order a taste of KFC meal and I got told that they didn't have enough chicken to do that..And then she just sat there and didn't even ask if i would like something else. Just smacking her gum. How rude. I hope you get the same treatment
