I came thru the drive thru at 8pm to grab my daughter and I a chicken pot pie. First off the girl who answered the headset was not very customer friendly but my main issue is that they said they were out of pot pies for the night. When your establishment is open until 11pm and your menu board offers that product yu should have it available and it not the right thing to do would be to explain to the customer it would have to be made and i promise they’d rather wait on something knowing it’s fresh thn not get anything at all. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location I would be embarrassed as the manager on duty. And as a DM myself it wouldn’t happen in my stores!!
This place is ridiculous and their employees at night time are liars. I pick up DD and UA from this KFC so I know what foods they JUST had when I picked up DD orders and I come through to order my own food it is funny how as I order items they don't have them...none of them. So pretty much one hour before closing they only have french fries I guess. So what happens if I order online or if I order it through DD are they going to still say they don't have the items?
