Whatever you do don’t go inside. I can assure you no one has cleaned a single piece of that restaurant in a very long time. Absolutely filthy!!!

The young man that worked there was very nice and also noticed that I was a veteran and gave me a discount

My husband and I have stopped here 4 different times in the last couple of months. We have never gotten any food at any of these stops. We have been greeted at the door twice after we waited for them to open letting us know they would be an hour late opening. Been there once sign said sorry no staff and one time sign says sorry only drive thru open. Why don't you just close up shop and do us all a favor !!!!!

On the day after Thanksgiving, I visited the Long John's store in Sabraton, WV . I had been running errands/shopping and was hungry. The chicken, was practically ALL batter, fries were subpar. They had many customers and were busy. But with only a few staff working, they were pleasant and efficient. After a few bites I threw the chicken out.

Morgantown, the whole time I sat there , listening to some tattooed work run his mouth to another employee the whole 30mins I was there, while other customers was there, plus the place is very dirty, with flies everywhere, bathroom was worst than a gas station, will not go back to this location

We waited 30 minutes for our food. The cook in the back was slamming things and irritated because of all the orders coming in. We didn’t even get our drinks while waiting. We ended up needed a refund because we had appointments to be at. They were then mad and irritated with us because we asked for refunds. The cook was talking about us in the back because we had to leave. It was very unprofessional the whole experience. The lady behind us was saying she was going to need a refund too because she couldn’t wait any longer and the staff was all upset and throwing things around.

Ordered $75 worth of food. Got home and was missing half of the order. Called them and was told I would receive a refund. Drove back to get the second half of order. The Manager said they weren't in the mood to give the refund and snubbed us. This is why Long John Silvers is failing as a company.
Learn to take care of your customers because If you don't you will end up without any. I for one will not return to the Earl Core Road Long John silvers as long as the current manager is there...

Over 10 minutes in drive thru waiting for 1 meal and an order of shrimp... only to pull off and most of the order was cold.... not even warm. Person at window did apologize for the wait as she handed me my food. Drive thru got backed up and cars started leaving. Will not be back to this location. It was out of my way but I was craving LJS

Really enjoyed my last day in West Virginia. The food was delicious. Eating in was comfortable... just a little chilly inside.

I ordered 2 meals and they got 1 out of 2 right. 1 meal had 6 shrimp and I did not get any shrimp. I paid over $32 because of the meal with the shrimp. I got dinners that would have been just over 22$. That is a 10$ loss. I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t afford to eat there at that kind of loss. We do not like the coleslaw anymore since they changed it.

This place don't even deserve to be on the map the staff I am right here right now it's 4:14 p.m. on June 11th and the dude with glasses is completely rude poor customer service doesn't want to do anything outside of his way or anything always cancels and denies requests absolutely poor service I will not be coming back again at all
