The restaurant is dirty, the employees are surly and the food is greasy. Everything you'd expect from Long John's. It's awesome!

I am not very happy we were in the drive thru today and as we were telling the lady our order she kept saying she couldn't hear me each time I talked louder trying to make it to where she could hear me then she says ok u don't need to scream at me I said I'm trying to talk loud enough u can hear me she had nothing but an attitude when we pulled up to the window I tried to explain the the man that I wasn't being any type of way she just kept saying she couldn't hear me so I talked louder and then she had an attitude and he right away started being straight up ignorant I ordered 2. . 12 piece family meals I will for now on keep my business at KFC they are amazing and have so much respect !!! Long John's better get some ppl in there that know customer service or they are going to lose more and more business I give a 0 on this place because of the ppl

Just drove through and the guy at the window was rude as could be. Got angry when we asked for sauces then HE gave us the wrong cheesecake and got mad that we asked for the one that we originally ordered. ? the food was good but the hospitality was horrible!

We like long Johns silver but our last meal was horrible the batter on the fish wasn’t cooked completely through. They didn’t replace the chicken with a piece of fish and didn’t receive the the cheesecake that we ordered. Our ticket ended up being over 30 dollars and the only that was edible was 1 piece of fish and shrimp the rest went the trash. Times are tough for everyone but when you pay for someone else to cook your meal you should cook it like you were going to eat it! The cheese bites were awesome!
