It was my first time here, and I wasn’t sure what to order, so I called & spoke w/ Tommy. He was fantastic & gave me a great recommendations. He did not miss! I got the Smoked Pork Chop feature with house-cured tasso ham, cornbread stuffing, green beans, and mashed potatoes, + a side of mac & cheese. From the moment I walked in, the incredible smell had my mouth watering, & you could tell right away that the food was made with love.
Although my picture isn’t the best (my son had the container upside down in the bag), the flavor was absolutely amazing. The meat was so tender it fell right off the bone!
This is truly one of the best restaurants in Morgantown, definitely a hidden gem! I’ll absolutely be back again. They’re amazing… top tier!

It was a lovely evening to dine with friends under the awning out front. The pork chop special was delicious with cornbread stuffing and gravy. The roasted pumpkin salad was bright, fresh and seasonal. Desserts offered were tiramisu and a creamy white chocolate creme brulee. The service was excellent like usual.

I have been going here for the past three-ish years and each time I have gone, it has never disappointed. The servers are like life long friends and the food is always fresh, good, and delicious. They put so much time and effort into every aspect of their work and delivery. Truly, I wish not only they were open everyday so I could have their food, but that the whole town would come and enjoy this special gem. Our server tonight was (and has been) so kind and welcoming. I would give it 10 stars and more if I could!

Wow!!! What a gem! We stopped by here for dinner on a whim and wow was I pleasantly surprised! I had the rosemary gnocchi but added the roasted pumpkin and honestly I’m still thinking about it a day later. So delicious! We sat outside and the surrounding neighborhood is really cute. The server was also a hoot! Overall, really great dining experience and would certainly recommend!!!

Some of the best home cooked food I've had from a restaurant.
I was passing through Morgantown on the way to Pittsburgh, and saw this local gem recommended on Reddit and glad I listened to the advice. Got the Maryland crab dip, London broil, and peach cobbler. Food was very reasonably priced considering how good it was!
Can't say enough about Madeleine Marie's. Will be making this s regular stop through on business trips in the future!
