We had a lovely event that included, a delicious buffet, and optional cocktails. The staff was accommodating and the food was better than I expected.

Great place to grab a drink and some amazing food! The bar might be the best spot, with TV’s and tremendous service

First review I’ve ever posted about. We went for brunch. Knowing it was the first brunch that they had had in our memory we knew that things could take time are be a little messy. No big deal. The food was GREAT!! Service was GREAT!!! It took a little longer than we figured to get our food but we knew this going and never complained once to anybody. We got comped our food for 5 of us. They didn’t have to. Great place to go eat and will be going back. We have been here several other occasions and always had good experience. Keep

Brunch food and drinks were pretty decent. Unfortunately, the service was very slow. Over an hour wait on food and our server never came to check on us once. Will sit at the bar if we come back.

we are always greeted John Madison and Kate make us feel like family. The food is excellent!

I had drinks and dinner with my wife to celebrate her birthday. We had an enjoyable time. The drinks and food were delicious and we received exceptional service from Claire. She was attentive, very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful with everything. There was a small wedding party in the room which made things a bit loud which is why I knocked off a star for atmosphere but otherwise we had a delightful evening and look forward to returning again soon.

The French Onion soup it amongst the best I've ever had. Our server, Ben, was efficient and knowledgeable. Their cocktail selection is extensive. Will definitely be back!

To be honest, I didn't know Marilyn's of Morgantown even existed until just recently. Found an ad posted on Facebook. The restaurant is under new management. Called up to make a reservation for Sunday. Was greeted promptly when my girlfriend and I walked in. Love the layout with a bar and separate room for dining. I turned down the offer to dine outside. It would have been nice; however, the traffic nearby is very very loud. There is no dress code even though it is a fine dining restaurant. My girlfriend had an appetizer called the Small Dipping Plate (charcuterie style). I had the Bruschetta. My entrée was the Bang Bang Salmon. My girlfriend had the 6oz Filet. My drink of choice was a glass of Moscato wine. My girlfriend had an Unsweet Tea. For dessert, I had the Chocolate Cake (full size). That thing was HUGE!! Despite my best efforts, I could not eat it all. My girlfriend did the half portion. She didn't finish hers either. The plating of our meal was superbly done. The food was exceptionally tasteful. Our server John did a really great job. He did goof up on my credit card charge. He immediately fixed it. No harm no foul. We had a great time. Will be back most diffenately. Kudos to the new management, chef, kitchen staff and John.

FRIDAY NIGHT PRIME RIB! If you love prime rib you won’t be disappointed, garlic mashed potatoes were awesome too! I’ve always been a fan of the restaurant but the recent changes have given it new life! Love all the work they’ve done to enhance this Morgantown Gem!!

This restaurant is wonderful! Huge drink menu & lots of beer options. The food is amazing with huge portions. Our waitress Madison helped us pick out food we would like. I will be back! Very pleased & very full!

I had the surf and turf salad, not good. The mirrors behind the bar were soooo dirty. The bathrooms were dirty, mold in the toilets. I won't be going back there again.

There are numerous issues with this restaurant, especially with service, wait times, and food quality. My food was incredibly dry. Management was non-existent when it came to my concerns. I have also heard this restaurant does not pay staff. This is probably where the staffing issues come from. Stay away.
