First review I’ve ever posted about. We went for brunch. Knowing it was the first brunch that they had had in our memory we knew that things could take time are be a little messy. No big deal. I had drinks and dinner with my wife to celebrate her birthday. We had an enjoyable time. The drinks and food were delicious and we received exceptional service from Claire. She was attentive, very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful with everything. There was a small wedding party in the room which made things a bit loud which is why I knocked off a star for atmosphere but otherwise we had a delightful evening and look forward to returning again soon.
To be honest, I didn't know Marilyn's of Morgantown even existed until just recently. Found an ad posted on Facebook. The restaurant is under new management. Called up to make a reservation for Sunday. Was greeted promptly when my girlfriend and I walked in. Love the layout with a bar and separate room for dining. I turned down the offer to dine outside.
