Best cheese steak sandwich in Morgantown. Best bar in West Virginia. My favorite. Starting going there in 1987. Happy memories. Loved Mario and Rose.

This place should be on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. Historical place where you can get a fishbowl beer, coldest in town, and food that is more than enough to share ☺️ and very reasonably priced. We WILL be back

We ordered 25 sweet barbecue wings and 50 hot buffalo wings. We went to pick them up and went inside the bar and I found it to be very friendly. It reminded me of the bar and chairs like everyone knows each other‘s names. Immediately someone sitting there Said hi and started joking with me. The hot wings were some of the best I’ve ever had. I had plenty of sauce on them with sauce in the bottom of the pan for dipping. Often when you get hot wings, they are dry. These were not at all. If I lived in that area, I would probably eat from there at least weekly!

Classic dive food and ice cold drinks in a great atmosphere with great service. My friends and I love coming here to chat with the staff. Can’t beat the specials! Easily one of my favorite Morgantown spots.

Laikyn is the absolute sweetest and the funniest waitress I have ever met. My fiancé and I come by for delicious wings and juicy burgers every other week and every time we go we have a great time especially when Laikyn is there. The overall vibe of the place is so chill and inviting just like everyone that works there. Never change, fishbowl. Never change

Burger and Beer Day for just $12? Yes, please! I had a Swiss burger served on a fresh salad with a Halleck beer — absolutely delicious. We also shared the jalapeño cheese sticks, chicken quesadilla with cowboy sauce (so good!), and wings smothered cowboy style — messy in the best way. The chili dog and waffle fries were a hit too. Great food, great value, and the perfect way to enjoy lunch on the outdoor patio. We’ll definitely be back!

Not at all what it used to be. Service was marginal food was not what it used to be. The atmosphere is still okay.

You will never forget your first trip to Mario's, as it will be the one that cements in your mind this is a place to return to every time you're in Morgantown. The history tacked up all over the walls of the small, old confectionary echoes the same, and you could easily spend hours reading it and barely make a dent in getting through it all. Get a brew in a fishbowl and cheer with the fellow patrons on game weekends every time a new person walks through the door. Make some new friends here. Everyone has a good time at Mario's when they have a bowl!

Love Mario’s! I had the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was really small, but otherwise great.

I have been to the original Mario’s fishbowl location a number of times and it’s a great place for sandwiches, burgers, and wings. A very eclectic decor complete with rundown broken booths. Today was a patty melt and housemaid chips.
