My husband started throwing up after eating there. The staff doesn't bring food out for table orders and gives an empty cup when order was for a made drink.

McDonald's is not a good choice of food to eat but this McDonald's has fast service and the people are friendly. And they do try their best to make the food as good as they can make it.

The incident im about to explain to you will sound crazy but it is very much true, unfortunately.
On Thursday November 13th around 7:30pm my husband went to the Westover McDonald's and ordered us dinner. When he got back I started to eat my food which was a 10 piece chicken nuggets. As I was eating I looked down and saw a white pill in my nugget box. Moments later after being in shock and disgusted my husband stated that there was another pill under the bottom nuggets. I called the manager and they offered me a refund and a new meal. No thank you, I will never eat there again. I called the health department and they immediately went there but I have not got a report! So now after 2 and a half days of dealing with severe nausea and mental anguish I sit at the ER getting a drug tox screen to make sure the pills in my chicken nuggets box were legitimately some for of Tylenol. Please check your food before you eat it! This was such a disgusting experience to go through and scary I might add.
And unfortunately I had to give them 1 star but they really should be shut down and investigated. Maybe this review will get corporate to call me back!

I have been having lunch at this McDonalds I Westover for a few years. Used to be a great place for a quick hamburger but things are going south fast. I ordered a fish sandwich combo today with cheese and I had to eat half way through the sandwich to find the cheese. Maybe, maybe a quarter slice . The tartar sauce was all on one side of the sandwich and the fries were soggy. This McDonalds and maybe all McDonalds have made my no fly list. Sad, but I refuse to waste any more money on this garbage food. Adios!

It's a typical understaffed and overworked establishment.... employees barely have the energy or care to greet you like a human, food quality was lacking visually and burger was cold.
The time to order due to being inside was atrocious, I walked in for a to go order it took almost 12mins or 6 drive thru orders and 4 other inside orders before mine.
Even if my order was waiting on fries, my burgers got cold waiting, customers who ordered after me got theirs first. 2 double cheeseburgers and a basket of fries, no drink, no apologies for our delay or have a good day.
17mins total here with nothing positive to show for it

Is it too much to ask for the food to be the same every time? I thought that was the point. Depending on who's working, it's a total crapshoot to see if your food will be good. Soggy hashbrowns, missing items, but not always! It's just so disappointing when it is. And last time they told me it was my fault because I didn't eat them fast enough. Seriously? I tired to eat them immediately. She assumed that since I called 20 minutes later that I let my hask town's get soggy, which only happens btw because of how they stack them on top of each other. Do better.
Edit: They did worse. 3 times since then they've ruined my food. Why is it so hard to NOT do something instead of doing it? I ask for a plain cheeseburger every single time and the same exact people mess it up. And the corporation that owns this place and others in the area is a horrible organization filled with people who would make the burgers out of dirt if they could get away with it.

Food was barely Luke warm, no jelly offered for biscuits, cashier was putting money in her pocket from register. Employees were talking filthy, good thing I didn't have kids with me.

Just drove thru at 7:30 am, placed order with no confirmation screen showing order detail or cost. At pay window the lady recited my order with a large sweet tea. I corrected her saying no a large diet coke please. She preceeded to correct me that I should "LISTEN" when ordering as changes cause the pick-up window to be slow. I aplogized and then handed her $10.05. She gave me a look and I asked is that not correct. She said the total is $8.05. I apologized and waited for my $2 change and informed her that I am hearing impaired. If that confirmation screen would've been shown as it usually is, none of this would have happened. Don't correct me for not listening when things aren't working as they should. I tried!

They don't understand the concept of fast food let's start there ... Every worker looks like their on their death bed and would rather actually be on their death bed then at work ...people always huddled up in the kitchen but tickets are over flowing the drive thru is somehow their number one focus and even a simple cheese burger large fry order takes 7 minutes most days ...the lobby workers inside like the cashier's are so high they don't know what's what and God forbid you use the McDonald's app the workers actually will not make the food just because they don't like the app and I'm not making any of this up this has all been documented and complained about numerous times but noone cares .

The employees were pleasant and the food was fresh but.. I had to tell the the sprite in the dining room was out of syrup so we tried root beer, also out of syrup. No biggie, it happens. The poor rating for the atmosphere is because for the entirety of our visit, we had to sit and listen to the district manager mediating between two store managers that obviously do not work well together, listening to all the employees personal business and all of their professional shortcomings. Pretty UNprofessional and rather distasteful to be announced in the dining room full of guests.
