I think this location may offer the best overall experience in town. The one on University at Towers is second, and the one at Target Mountain (Chaplin Hill) is an abomination that somehow deserves a ranking worse than simply being last.

Got the double bacon quarter pounder. It was both burnt and old both patties and now I've been sick into the next day I'll probably never get mcdonalds again

It would be nice if you could use cash at the kiosks. Otherwise forget about anyone coming to a register so you can pay particularly in the morning hours.

Highly don’t recommend coming or ordering food form here or through DoorDash I needed a few things off my cheese buruger and chicken sandwich and the still added it on their and I can’t have any of the beef party or chicken or lettuce and the nuggets where hard so was the fries don’t recommend Thais place

Had to go inside for my food for the first time in a while since the app was a thing. I'm so glad I did. The store was busy, but the general manager Lisa was very patient with me, as I tend to be nervous with face to face contact sometimes. My breakfast order was delicious and the kind service elevated my day. I will try to visit inside again.

They burnt my pies to the point where they weren’t eatable and gave me still frozen nuggets, when I called and tried to tell them the guy said “I don’t have time for this” and hung up on me. This McDonald’s has always been pretty bad but not this bad before. Won’t be going back even if it’s my last resort

I worked at McDonald’s for 2 years and just stopped working there a week ago, which was another McDonald’s in Morgantown. However, I have never been treated so badly by a manager in my life as I was at the Suncrest McDonald’s. I am honestly disgusted and she needs to be taught how to do customer service. Even on my worst day I didn’t treat people like that. I will never go back to this McDonald’s.

We ordered 2 Big Macs, and they both came in their little box. However, both were NOT put together . They weren't stacked. I promise that I will NEVER EAT AT MCDONALDS AGAIN!!

Good staff, food is cooked well, but fix the frappe machine! I was going to come here for breakfast and was counting on a frappe, but you cannot be bothered to fix your machine. It's been broken for two days in a row. Not ok.
