Originally went to sonic next-door. Waited 30 minutes on our food and it never came. Argued with two staff members, one supposedly a manager, and lost count how many times I requested a refund because we didn’t have time to wait. Got the refund drove over to the drive-through for this McDonald’s. Place the order, paid for the order, receive the order all within two minutes. Keep up the good work, if sonic doesn’t get it together, your customer base is more than likely gonna be increasing.

Today we pulled up to the drive thru at 8:25pm. We already placed a mobile order on the app and paid. We got through the line and checked our bag and were missing 2 items. I went inside and they were sitting there, just never got put in the bag. We pulled out at 8:53pm. 28 minutes for McDonald’s…. When we pulled up to the window to get our food, the boy working had no idea which order they were on and his coworker was standing there talking to him instead of maybe helping try to get orders correct and bagged to provide better service. Very disappointed and do not plan on coming back to this location any time soon.

This place always is missing food when you do an Uber order. You call the store and alls they say is sorry if your going to have delivery services then read a screen and make sure you put whats needed in the bags.

Their only getting one star to leave the review 6:09pm Aug 10,25 stop in to grab kids dinner 2 cars outside lots of ppl laughing and having a good time but keep telling me it'll be a min to place my order I ask how longs a min when I get the screen cleared screen full of orders poor customer service they were taking drive-thru orders fine but couldn't help the person standing in line into counter which was only me I'll never be back WORSE PLACE EVER

On Saturday July 5th at 1:30 am I came thru the drive thru ordered sweet tea no ice 2 #4 one a classic with no pickles and the other was the 4c no lettuce add cheese. When I got home to my surprise I had no cheese on my sandwhich so I called McDonald’s and spoke to a woman named Linda, she was nice and told me I could come thru later to claim my remake because I wasn’t running back out at 2:15am. Today July 6 at 12:40 I went to go get my sandwhich remade for free as she said I called the woman running drive thru was very rude to me and then gave me the remake as I was told I would get. I’m a constant customer of McDonald’s. So to my surprise I was shocked about her attitude. My “remake” was not fresh nor was it hot. And the fries was cold even tho I didn’t want fries. Because I just wanted the sandwhich I had wanted remade right. At this point I just sucked it up because I didn’t wanna go thru the hassle again with the woman in drive thru. I really think out of all the McDonald’s in this town this is by far the worst one I have come into contact with besides star city McDonald’s. Management needs to do better and get better employees that treat customers better. Also not everyone gets a receipt from them so when they asked that it made me kinda upset. Doesn’t matter if I do or don’t at this point even tho I didn’t get my receipt the other night. But I was on camera in drive thru so if u replay the footage or even look up the order I was there. Need better customer service. Very unhappy with the services.

When I took I bite of my hamburger I heard a crunch but there was no pickles or onions on it. When I called the restaurant to tell them I was disappointed to find out that they mix vegetables in the meat

I dont know who’s working drivethru, but please move her literally ANYWHERE else. She clearly does not want to be there either. Especially with her rapid and rude tone. If she’s a manager, yikes! :P

It's McDonalds so you know what you're getting. Love (like?) it or leave it.
I think this location may offer the best overall experience in town. The one on University at Towers is second, and the one at Target Mountain (Chaplin Hill) is an abomination that somehow deserves a ranking worse than simply being last.
