I can't stand fast food the only time I go is picking up orders for doordash I would recommend not going after 10: 00pm on a Friday or Saturday night Drive-Thru I have spent an hour and 7 minutes in drive thru both orders were done completely & cold before I got it so by the time the customer got it I was to blame and that's why I'm leaving this review McDonald's deserves blame, both orders were done probably a half hour after I got there but deliveries had to be picked up in the Drive-Thru so I had to wait when they could've had it walked out to me instead of waiting to get to window. But then I get to the window I'm told someone stole one order so they had to put together 40 more nuggets so literally 1hr 7min arrived @ & confirmed pickup..

It’s a lovely joint and the food is great in my experience, after ordering from there multiple times. They’re on the slower side but the people are lovely, especially the older african american lady who served me this evening and prior. Don’t go here for super super quick food, do that at sheetz, but this is the first McDonalds joint I’ve seen in a while that serves hot freshly made food every time I’ve been there.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! The last three times I’ve been to this location, the food takes 10+ minutes and I have to go inside to talk to the staff to get it. What’s the point of using the McDonalds app to save time, when it doesn’t actually speed up the process? This location is the worst in Morgantown and needs to step it up. Slowest service I’ve ever seen. Won’t be going to this location again!

I never have had an ideal experience at this location, however recently it has been even worse. My expectations are never high, and i’m usually a pretty patient person when it comes to food service because i understand at times it can be overwhelming especially when you’re short staffed and i’m very understanding of that, however the manager at this location is extremely unprofessional. I sat in line for 15+ minutes just to be ignored at the speaker as everybody else in front of me was. after waiting a couple minutes i pulled up to the window like the car in front of me had and when i got to the window i was handed a receipt. i explained it wasn’t mine, and the girl at the window said “okay. how can i help you” after explaining that i had pulled forward because nobody had been answering the speaker box for 15+ minutes i told her i would like to order. the lady at the window then asked that i go back around and sit in line again because she is now taking orders. so rather than taking my order i went back around despite the fact i had been ignored for 15+ minutes as well as everyone in front of me. after ordering and paying i pulled forward and put my car in park and was responding to a message on my phone when i hear the lady at the second window saying “WELL IF THIS GIRL WOULD GET OFF HER PHONE” because the car in front of me couldn’t get out of the line because there were too many people lined up waiting on orders ahead of the window. When i got up to the second window i confronted the manager who was the one yelling out the window. she then made multiple excuses for her behavior, stating that “legally i can shut down the store we are so short staffed because nobody wants to come to work” and I told her maybe she should consider doing so rather than delivering the experience i received to multiple customers. This location is literally trash and so is the manager.

Order was forgot, I asked about it, then when the order came out they told me biscuits was fresh, I nodded, she told me to have a good day etc when I didn’t reply the manager said WOOOOWWWWW! As I was exiting. I don’t feel it was professional behavior for the manager. The biscuits also were not fresh.

The people for the most part a very friendly & outgoing.
The only thing is they're short staffed so at times, the wait can be a few more mins than usual. But I go there all the time.

We just ran in there quickly and ordered and got it and ate it quickly. We came from Elkins, WV. and this is up by Morgantown, WV.. We were up there for a Dr's appointment and did not have long to eat we still had to go over towards the hospital for the appointment.
But our food was good and everything seemed ok. For us it was one of the closest places to stop stand grab something quick.
