This location is always extremely slow to get the food out and always forgets items, napkins, and more. I've been here plenty of times and it hasn't changed. They also frequently under fill the smoothies and milkshakes. The staff often seems annoyed to help you after they forgot your items.

My daughter and I decided to go inside this establishment to eat today and I can assure you I will not go back again. The employee taking the order was wearing a headset and did not get the order correct when it came to drinks. We were not given our cups to get out drinks. We did not receive a receipt for the order. We were given a number that stated for us to relax and have a seat and our food would be on its way. After a very long wait, another customer came and told me she thought our order was sitting on the counter up front. Our order was to dine in and it was placed in a bag and we did not know it was ready. The male employee not wearing a uniform or name tag, told me they were short staffed and that is why our order was not brought to us. Then we only received one cup and he argued with me over that, so I paid for another drink. The customers that ordered after us were brought their order on a tray, something is bad wrong with this establishment and the service was terrible (DO BETTER!)

its not hard to give me honey mustard instead of hot mustard plus i was missing my drink. is there a reason mobile orders make workers incompetent?? coming from an ex fast food worker that never messed up a mobile order.

Very satisfied with this McDonald's. The few times they've messed up my order they've went above and beyond to make it right. Last time I got my burger they forgot, plus an extra one and an ice cream for free. Almost all the people there are extremely nice, especially the evening manager.

Waiting in line at the drive-thru they took other people's orders from the outside lane then told us they were going to close because they didn't have enough people to operate needless to say thos is the second time I have had an issue and I won't be back I think alot it the managers fault

Was rudely sent away after waiting in line for a DoorDash order for 10 minutes. Ended up waiting another 20 minutes for a worker to come out to ask him to bring me my order. The person working the window was an African American woman with a bunch of piercings on her nose and face. I understand how stressful life can be, but taking your anger out on a costumer is not the answer.
