The customer service and management at this McDonald’s are downright awful. Hanging up on customers—especially by the manager—is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of basic courtesy. If this is how they choose to treat people, they have no business serving the public. I absolutely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

However, the management could improve by hiring more staff to reduce long wait times in the drive-thru, as some customers have reported waiting up to 15 minutes.
