Absolutely horrible service the management must’ve not been there. First we pull up to the window and wait a few minutes to pay because the women there felt whoever she was texting was more important, legit looked at me smiled and went back down to texting then took my card. They handed my food after a few minutes which is fine it was kinda late, but then they forgot my frappe which took another five minutes because they didn’t refill the machine after the last person emptied it. The first women kept texting while the other clearly struggled with the machine. I feel very sorry for her coworkers they all seemed to be working while she texted the entire time and even seemed to struggle she was overweight with I think pink hair but again very sorry for anyone who runs into her

Needed food in a pinch and they were open on Memorial Day. Fast service, really nice people working the counter and the food order was accurate, hot and served with kindness. Haven’t been to a McDonald’s in years but this one restored some of my faith in their brand. To the employees working on a holiday… thank you for your hard work and dedication.. needed dinner this evening and you guys made it happen! Thanks

POOR Management!!! So slow!! Just hire another person or two and you'll make a lot more profit. At times, I sit in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. The people are nice & friendly, but not enough of them.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced in my life. The blonde haired girl with glasses who I assume is a manager because of the shirt she was wearing. She was rude and downright disrespectful. She had the worst attitude I've ever seen. She was treating customers as though it was a burden for her to have to serve them it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Someone like her has no business whatsoever working a job that requires interaction with other people. I will not return to this location I would drive another 10 mi out of my way before I would ever give this McDonald's my business again I feel sorry for not only the customers but the employees that have to endure an 8-hour shift with her... I would recommend making a left hand turn into Taco Bell instead of giving business to this McDonald's....

Went through ordered a 6 pc happy meals and ended up with just a plain beef patty in a nugget box.
Didn't get to eat even tho we ordered online and paid for it. Cash only... Their computers were down and employees were just chillin. I didn't really understand why they couldn't make ours with proof of payment to their store. We were travelling, starving and the only place open...
