So, when they say 1030 is it for breakfast they mean it! Waited in line for almost 10 minutes there before 1030 for sure even watched the menu cut out to switch and nope. I've worked fast food for years and always looked at the cameras if they were there prior to the switch I made them breakfast. Plus, even when I ordered my burger they gave me the wrong freakin one! Save your time and go else where.

The customer service and management at this McDonald’s are downright awful. Hanging up on customers—especially by the manager—is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of basic courtesy. If this is how they choose to treat people, they have no business serving the public. I absolutely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I had to wait a while for our meal. But they really was pushing everything for drive thru. It is a shame that the people inside are put to the back of the line so they can meet time for the drive thru. I prefer eating in the restaurant. Do I need to go thru the drive thru to get my order at a decent time and then take it in to eat it? The 2 making the burgers was busting their rears. The place was full of unhappy customers because they were put to the back of the line. And then on top of that most the drive thru has to park and wait. Lol Something has got to give or customers wont be coming back. There is no fast food anymore.

They screwed up a happy meal not only did we tell them a extra frie bt the put apples slices on the recipe and when I took it back the employee was very rude and was not going to fix it. So I suggested go to a more clean n friendly atmosphere.

Staff st the speaker was rude. She had attitude when asking for no no cheese and acted as it were an inconvenience. There was thousands of lantern flies outside the store which shocked me. All over the greenery and posts, I had never seen that amount of lantern flies anywhere before and was kind of grossed out by it.
I eat here a lot and the managers at night can’t keep the place open or running efficiently. Sat at the order window tonight for 10 mins with a mobile order before the dish washer comes out saying “they are closed” which online they close at 11 inside and 1 am drive thru. I tell him I have a mobile order so how do I get my money back and he then directed me to the window where a woman was with a head set on and a hand typed note saying they would open again at 6am due to management. The woman let me sit there for 10 mins and couldn’t say “we are closed?” Like the work ethic of these “McDonalds” workers is insane to me. The app has not refunded me and is still saying you can place orders there.

Absolutely horrible service the management must’ve not been there. First we pull up to the window and wait a few minutes to pay because the women there felt whoever she was texting was more important, legit looked at me smiled and went back down to texting then took my card. They handed my food after a few minutes which is fine it was kinda late, but then they forgot my frappe which took another five minutes because they didn’t refill the machine after the last person emptied it. The first women kept texting while the other clearly struggled with the machine. I feel very sorry for her coworkers they all seemed to be working while she texted the entire time and even seemed to struggle she was overweight with I think pink hair but again very sorry for anyone who runs into her

Needed food in a pinch and they were open on Memorial Day. Fast service, really nice people working the counter and the food order was accurate, hot and served with kindness. Haven’t been to a McDonald’s in years but this one restored some of my faith in their brand. To the employees working on a holiday… thank you for your hard work and dedication.. needed dinner this evening and you guys made it happen! Thanks
