Had a fairly large party on 2/20 right after a WVU home basketball game… service was amazing! She kept our drinks full, had a smile on her face the whole time, and stayed with us until we was finished.

guess what this drink is? it’s sweet tea. there were two servers in a sunday brunch, i know someone wants a job. server was nice, tried her best but food was wrong. a for effort, yet just didn’t not reach anyone’s expectations.

The restaurant itself has a great vibe, with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of seating options. However, because it's such a popular spot, the service can be a bit slow when it's busy. But, it's well worth the wait for the food and drinks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the prices are very reasonable. What happened to the nice bartenders? The new blonde needs some training on customer service. She needs to be taught to stay off her phone while talking to customers. Get rid of her salty attitude. And be friendly. We have been coming to the Tap House for four years, we need to find a new hangout if the blond doesn’t figure out how to treat customers.
