Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

On this visit was seated near the entrance to the kitchen with constant noise and traffic. The waitress was sweaty and distracted.

This is agony to eat. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, and it came with a side of spaghetti. The spaghetti tasted like mint somehow, and the chicken was just not good. Our server was great, but the food cannot made this review possible, and even amazing service cannot make up for it.

The only thing I can say is, “the salad was good”. I got a 4-cheese pasta dish. It lacked taste. Their meat sauce has a strange taste to me. Their marinara is OK, just OK. There is nothing special about it. I think for the price, I would be getting fresh pasta. Nope. It was obviously out of a box. The area has many local Italian establishments. I will be eating at a local spot.

Typical chain restaurant quality. It was busy since it was right before Christmas I suppose but there was no wait to be seated. It was what you expect from Olive Garden. Food was served warm. No complaints. Server was absolutely adorable and attentive. Service really makes a difference in chain food places like this.

The food was a little misleading based upon the descriptions on the menu (shrimp scampi) but everything else was OUTSTANDING. The manage Connor and the server Jacquline were absolutely amazing. The hospitality was phenomenal! The environment, although packed, was so lively and welcoming! Can’t wait to come back!

I had never been to any olive garden, always thought meh ill make pasta at home. Went here with a gift card and ended up having a really nice experience. Our server was Bri and she was wonderful, I had a lot of dumb menu questions and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The place was packed and our service was still top notch, Bri did a great job. Food was exactly what we wanted and I was grateful for our servers recommendations. I know this is a huge chain which isn't my thing personally and im not going out of my way to go to other locations but when I visit morgantown this place is now on the list of places I want to go to.

We was there in October 20 the place what's clean our food was my soup was cold Alfredo didn't have enough sauce on it didn't receive refills until it's time to get our check never got the free candy

The ordered customized paste of creamy mushroom with ragitoni is taste very good, the ragitoni is chewy. Another ordered eggplant Parmesan is ok, the spaghetti is too soft, the source is a little too sour. Portion is good enough a one person. The salad is very refresh. The service of waiter is very friendly and nice.
