Went for dinner and really enjoyed the food. I had the Porterhouse Steak withe Steakhouse Potato and Mac n Cheese. Meal was prepared perfectly and the top shelf Rita was made just right.

I was excited to eat Outback for the first time in a while, now, I will never go back. My food looked funny and tasted even funnier. The sweet potato looked soggy and brown and the Alice springs chicken I got looked grey and was covered in too many spices to hide the fact that the meat was bad. I threw up what I managed to get down. It was the worst. Even the Mac and cheese was bad, it was just a bunch of dried noodles with no cheese. I won't be going back, that was $100 down the drain. I wasn't going to leave a review, but food that bad needs to be talked about.

Outback needs to UP ITS GAME! Food is horrible! Had to send back the blue cheese pecan salad, which was brown in color with strange dressing. If my husband won't eat it, you know it's bad. See potato soup below, which had the consistency of glue. Floors are slick, elderly beware! Needs new management. Advice: Quit cleaning your floors with oil and find a new chef OR order fresh food! And please don't serve brown lettuce!!!

Waiter was exceptional. However food was not acceptable. Ordered steak medium. Came out burnt and dried up. Chicken bite appetizers came same time as the meal and were horrible. They were overcooked, dried out, and hardly no sauce on them. I had a bad experience at this restaurant several months earlier and though I'd give them another try. I have not had these issues at other Outback Steakhouses.

Every Easter, eleven on us go to Outback in Morgantown, along with several visits through the year. Today that ended. We were seated immediately and our drinks arrived almost fifteen minutes later, no greeting from the server. Someone wished her a Happy Easter and she didn't respond at all. It took an hour and 35 minutes for our meals (and they only had 7 tables taken in the entire restaurant) and within that time we weren't offered extra beverages, bread, or given an update on the meals. Finally meals arrived; luke warm at best. The blooming onion was dripping in grease. My daughter's steak was inedible, so tough and dry for medium doneness. The mac and cheese was absolutely tasteless. Total was $393.00 and we were livid. Paid, left, and will never be back.
Just another chain restaurant. I make better steaks at home. The ribs were just okay. The Brussel sprouts was actually the best thing we had at our table.

The food was good and the service was amazing. Very nice employees we were just sat next to a group that was very loud, rude obnoxious, and swear a lot, and I had children with me when the waiter asked them to please keep it down. They ignored him and continued on their way. Just a PSA for everyone. Remember when you go out and eat you’re not the only one in the restaurant, please try to be respectful of others.

My salad had ice in it and brown wilted pieces, and our steaks were cooked wrong. We also asked for A1 and she never brought it.
